They explained every step that would happen and in it's time frame, provided telephone numbers to contact should we have questions. They sent a large team of professionals who were all very courteous and went the extra mile to keep things orderly, neat and went about their jobs expertly. The job was done in a timely manner and we are very satisfied and would recommend this company to anyone.
Description of Work: Repair and prepare original surface for refacing. Repaired exposed rebar, removed, repaired and replaced loose or broken tiles, cleaned all tile work to remove hard water deposits. Replaced old stairs and floor filtering covers, repaired lighting.

Description of Work: I use Pool Masters for my regular weekly pool and spa maintenance and cleaning. They are extremely reliable and my pool always looks great. Over the past year I had two minor problems with the pool equipment and each time the owner responded quickly to replace the defective parts.

+ 0 moreMy pool pump needed repalced on July 3rd.2012. It was making noise and was replaced on Aug 3rd.2012. It seemed to be making more vibrating noise after the second replacement . In October(2nd) Dale the owner came out and padded the unit , itis now almost silent ! We are very happy.
Description of Work: Replaced pool pump........twice,(first was defective)service is prompt and experienced . Would definately call them again.
