If you need any home repairs done in the Las Vegas area, I strongly recommend calling Liliana from Plus the Kitchen Sink. The plumber sent (twice) by the homeowners insurance misdiagnosed the issue and told us we needed to tear out walls to fix the problem. They said the total cost would be between $1500 to $4500. After being charged close to to $700 we turned to Liliana's plumber. He found the proper valve that needed to be replaced (under a sink) and fixed it within 2 hours...no walls torn down and at 2/3 less the cost.
