we called to verify a quote from the new home builders AC Co. after our AC shut down 14 months after building the house! the Coil had a leak, and the quote was 500$ to fix it... he had to wait for a new coil unit from manufacturer, so we had no AC for almost a week, Pleasant said it was a fair price, because of the price of the refrigerant. we talked twice and he was very knowledgeable and would trust him to work on my house!

Great service by Charles & Russ. We called them in the morning with a broken AC unit & they replaced the unit the same day for less than other quotes. Plus Charles gave us great tips to keep our heating & AC system working efficiently& trouble free. One of the best service providers on Angie's list.

On August 8, 2012 I came home from work to find one of my A/C units not working and it was hotter than heck. I called Charlie around 7 pm and luckily Danny was in my area and able to come around 8:30 and fix it. Luckily it was only 2 burnt wires. I have used Charlie and his company for about 15 years and never had a problem. They are very honest and reliable. Several years ago they replaced 2 of my A/C units and were very reasonable. I never have to worry about being ripped off. Very proffessional company and outstanding employees. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Every year we call this company for an annual check-up. We are very happy with their services. They are very honest, friendly and professional. They have provided the needed maintainence as required. In this town it is important to find companies that can be trusted. Before finding and using Pleasant Air Cooling & Heating, another A/C company had told us that we needed a new A/C unit installed. We called Pleasant Air for a second opinion. Pleasant Air informed us that only an evaporative coil needed replacing. - No, we did not need a new A/C unit installed.

Called Charlie the first thing in the morning telling him that our system had shut down sometime during the night. I asked if someone would be able to come out the same day? Charlie said "yes, no problem, that as soon as he knew what was already scheduled he would let me know when someone would come out. Everything went well with the service call, just fuses blew-out.
