They do a good job. I have never had a bug in my house since they started doing this.

Both evaluation and exclusion service were performed on two separate dates. Following the evaluation, the quote for exclusion was prompt and at a rather reasonable price (compared to another quote). The exclusion service was performed while we were away and they completed the work to our satisfaction. I've used Pitbull in the past for other pest services and will definitely use them again.

it went great. Chance is very curious and informative. He was on time and did a thorough job. He answered my questions, and addressed all my issues, like ant streams here and there. I look forward to using this service monthly. They have several convenient ways to pay the invoices and an account web site to track my activities, scheduled visits, etc. I am very pleased with the company =)

Friendly, professional, knowledgeable. The technician who came out for our first service (6/7/13) was super friendly and even removed all the spiderwebs outside at no extra charge. He sprayed indoors and outdoors. I'm new to Vegas and was a little overwhelmed by the pest problems here, and I shared with the tech that I didn't realize I'd have another monthly expense. He explained a bit about the problems here and how that, in the cooler months, service isn't always needed as often because the heat is what degrades the product's efficacy... so less heat, fewer treatments needed. In theory, we'll see when it cools off. In any case, they have a very reasonable monthly fee without a contract. No hassle. No contract. And (almost) no bugs -- I started noticing a few critters showing up a few days before our normally scheduled service!

I know Pitbull works with the military. If you say you are military, especially in the Marine Corps, they will give you a discount. I would give them A's, all the way. Pitbull will work with you, and they are much cheaper. They are conscientious, thorough, and their customer service is great. Actually, I think Pitbull is better. They call you 30 minutes before they arrive, in case you want to put your pets away. I will continue to use Pitbull in the future.

They keep us bug free. I would recommend them to others.

They're a small company and they're friendly. The overall experience with them has been excellent. I give them A's across the board.

Chance the technician is very very good.

My son knows the owner of this company so I thought I would try them out. Unlike other pest control places they don’t want you to sign a contract where they will spray a year around which I don’t feel necessary and they don’t. One can do it on a monthly basis. They are also good about if they spray and if you see something a few days later and if you call them they will come right back. I received a discount from them because my son knows them. They deal with spiders and water bugs. The one thing I like about them is that they have no yearly contract, also they are very punctual. I get a call before they are coming. They are very punctual and if they say that they are going to be here between 8 and 10 they are usually on the early side. That is a big thing for me I hate when people don't come when they are supposed to. I will continue to use them in the future.

The technician never bothered to go up to the 2nd floor or into the attic to look around. He put out a few traps and said "that should be good enough, and we'll be back in a few weeks to check up". Never heard back from them and the traps never caught anything - the rats are still around.

We have had an ant problem since we moved into our home last year. We had tried another popular vegas pest company, and paid a large price for a man to spray what looked like raid around the house. The ant problem persisted, so we called Pitbull pest control...they were the only company that did not require or push a contract. They came over the day of, and took care of our problem, finding a large ant nest in our front flower bed. This ant nest had been missed by the other pest company we used months earlier. The man they sent was very knowledgeable, and knew to tap the ground outside to locate the nest. He said he loved his job, and has been doing this for 13 years! I highly recommend this company. Their service is excellent, and the price cannot be beat. We ended up getting a contract with Pitbull since they were so good to us!

He's really great. They will call and let me know when they will be arriving. He does anything I ask him to do without charging extra. They aim to please and are very professional. The owner is a great guy as well, which says a lot about the company. He is also reasonably priced.

Contacted Pit Bull Pest Control on 4/21/09 for appointment. Appointment scheduled for next day 4/22/09 at 12:30pm to conduct termite inspection for escrow. Technician, Daniel, arrived 15 minutes early. Was very professional, answered questions I had about few bugs found in house. He conducted thorough inspection. I was able to pay by check, cash, or credit card, which is very convenient.

Pit bull Pest Control really listened to me and responded to my needs well. The staff is nice and friendly, and I feel comfortable with them in and around my home. They were dependable as they were prompt in their arrival.

Pit-bull Pest Control was very accommodating to our needs. They called before they came out and showed up right on time. I have been using them for the last six months and they always ask if we have any problems in one specific area; I like that. I think that they use a good product.
