At 4am, I walked downstairs & into water. I was a basket case; mopping up water, crying & wondering what to do next. Then Joahn showed up from Pinnacle. She & her team found out it was NOT our leak (thankfully!) & then began drying out/mopping up while we waited for insurance companies. Jo & her team were AWESOME! Patient with us & our questions; polite; knowledgeable & professional. They made life a lot easier on us despite the fact we spent weeks in hotels (paid for by insurance) & they were totally on top of everything. I AM VERY THANKFUL TO JO & HER PINNACLE TEAM!
Description of Work: Entire first floor flooded due to neighbor's slab leak in our attached townhomes!
