+ -1 moreThey showed up reliably; their prices were fair, but I would have willingly paid this company more to control my increasing problem had they tried something different. But they didn't try (or couldn't) offer a different approach until I finally called them to tell them I was terminating my service, at which time they said they had a stronger spray they could use. Too late. I waited too long probably because I had utilized their service for years and was somewhat loyal. All the loyalty got me was earwigs in my cupboards and counter-tops besides the carpets.
Description of Work: I used Pestaway for many years inside and outside a house that had minimal insect challenges. They were reliable and did an adequate job. I relocated to a home where I had specific insect problems inside and out--especially earwigs. I had monthly service and they sprayed the walls/perimeter of my front and back yards, and in the house against the baseboards, etc. It was a general spray. Under their care, my earwigs actually increased and were not controlled. When I expressed this to my sprayer, I felt patronized. This company never tried a different type of spray or approach. All I heard was that the problem was "all over Vegas". I finally swallowed my loyalty and engaged a service that has done infinitely better. I don't expect miracles, but I think a company should listen it its clients especially if the client is conservative, articulate, and not exaggerating.

+ -1 moreI have used Pestaway for about fifteen years now to do my quarterly spraying for small pests. The service people are on time to do their spraying for ants, roaches, earwigs, and other small pests and if we have a problem, they stand behind their work. The company is very professional, courteous and always reminds us not to let the dogs near the sprayed area before they dry. I have no problems with bugs due to there efficient pest control service and I will continue to use them for many years to come.
Description of Work: Pestaway Corporation was here a few months ago to do there quarterly spraying of the inside and outside of our home. They normally spray for ants, spiders, roaches, earwigs and anything else I may request which is never a problem.

+ -1 morePestaway came out to spray once a month and sometimes even two or three times a month, but they were unable to rid our home of the ant and spider problem we were having. They just couldn't do anything to slow down the pest problem, so we had to fire them and hire someone else to solve our pest problem.
Description of Work: They came out and sprayed inside and outside for bugs.

They sprayed before we moved in, and they have been responsible for keeping our house bug free, ever since. They call to make sure the day and time is good for us. If it is not, they have no complaints about scheduling it for another day. We see the same technician every time, who knows us now, and he is very personable. We have not had a major problem with any type of insect in all the years they have worked for us.
Description of Work: Pestaway Corporation treats our house for all insect infestations. This done on a quarterly basis, and is done on the inside, as well as the outside of our home.

+ -1 morePestaway Corporation did an excellent job of getting rid of all my pests. I like that they take care of both normal pests and abnormal pests. I do use them for routine pests control and I know that if I need them, I can call them and they will address it right away. I also like that they call before they come out and set up a time so they can come and spray.
