+ 3 moreWow!!! This is our second rescue from Mr. Manis and Perfection Landscape, and I couldn’t be happier!! Our bad Great Dane had destroyed what was once a lovely back yard, and had ripped out irrigation, dug giant pits and left everything in such ruins that we could no longer enjoy our yard. We called Mr. Manis to first fix our irrigation timer that had stopped working then asked him to look over our yard to see what could be done. He presented us with several options and offered us a fair price which we immediately accepted because we had worked with him before and we knew his work would be done efficiently and correctly. About a week later, he and his amazing crew removed everything that was dead, replaced all our irrigation lines, leveled and prepped our enormous yard, and even removed a huge area of rubber mulch where a play yard once was. They then expertly installed fresh sod so that our previously unusable yard became once again healthy and green and a place we could again enjoy. This job was a huge, horrible one that Perfection Landscape took on, and Mr. Manis was in constant communication with us about the work schedule, and times for the delivery of materials and on-site dumper for yard waste. He was at our house each day of the project working along side his crew. It was impressive how much work they accomplished and the care they put into even the smallest details. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Complete redo of rear yard irrigation, rolled out new sod, yard clean up, removal of dead tree, planted new tree, fixed all the damage my horrible dog had done

+ -1 moreI received same-day help. I was able to explain the problem, show them the locations of the valve boxes and also where the leak was flooding one of those boxes. The problem was efficiently located and fixed. The leak took several hours to fix because the installation was faulty when the house was built. Perfection Landscape is perfectly named. The response time was great. Living in Vegas, the lack of water to the yard was (in my mind) critical, and seeing someone that very day of the call exceeded my expectations. The experience level and efficiency of the repair was also amazing to me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone having a problem with any yard issue.
Description of Work: My entire drip irrigation system had failed. Also, there was a substantial leak under a sidewalk that needed to be both found and repaired.

He took the time to explain to me the problem & how he would fix it. He finished the job in about 1.5 hours. Throughout my experience with Mitch, he was direct, diligent with his work, and easy to communicate with. He didn’t give me the run around. Service cost was reasonable for the work he did. + -1 moreI had a leak in my sprinkler system and called Mitch. He told me up front what his hourly rate was and arrived within an hour. He explained what he was doing and attempted various less expensive options to see if it would solve my problem. It didn't work, so he ended up having to replace a valve. It ended up taking some time and therefore cost me more than I would have liked to pay, but he did the work and was upfront the whole time. I felt he was honest and gave me quality work.

Considering it required some digging, and also running new line under the driveway, I would say the time spent and price paid was fair.

In addition to the broken valve, Mitch also repaired two leaks (one of which was major) that decided to "appear" the night before his scheduled arrival & several sprinkler heads. He also completed the work on a PVC pipe that my neighbor had begun. I was especially happy with the price. For all the work Mitch did, I would have paid more than double what he charged me. Needless to say, I am so very pleased with the quality of Mitch's work and I highly recommend Perfection Landscape. A+ A+ A+ A+

He fixed the valves and the dozens of leaks to perfection and now I have a perfectly functioning system around the entire house. He was very friendly and professional working during the hot days to make sure everything was in working order and the existing plants were getting the correct amount of water. He also had his company grind out a tree stump for a very fair price.
