+ -1 moreWhen Mitch gave me the estimate for the work, I was a bit surprised at the amount, but considering the work to be done (about 16 lights and all cabling over a quarter acre), felt it reasonable. I purchased the light my self. The work was scheduled for a Sunday! and the crew, Mitch leading, showed up early that morning. We went over everything including remounting the transformer. Turned out one of the lights was bad and I went and replaced it (buying a couple of extras at Mitch's suggestion. The work went well, with them listening to me when I had questions or changes in the placing of the lights. They were finished by late mid-afternoon. When the lights came on at night, I was really pleased at how they look. I highly recommend Perfection Landscaping for this type of work.

He was knowledgeable in his approach to work and how he handled all the unexpected problems that come with repair of sprinkler line. Price was very reasonable and only charge a small amount for materials. $10.00 was more than fair. I would ask Mitch back to repair any landscape need.

+ 7 moreMy wife and i recently completed construction of a new home in one of Las Vegas' newest planned communities...including thousands of dollars worth of new landscaping. Hard as I try, I couldn't stay ahead of the weeds...so after a nasty-gram from the HOA, we decided we needed professional help. Being new to the Las Vegas market, we conducted extensive research on local landscape firms capable of providing the full spectrum of maintenance services. We invited several to provide estimates. Mitch Manis got back to me immediately to set a meeting date/time. He arrived exactly when he said he would and spent the next 45 minutes walking the property with me and talking about what I envisioned and making some recommendations about how to manage some of the trees and shrubs. He explained exactly what would happen on each visit, explained how his services varied from some of the cheaper "blow and go" providers and answered all my questions. It's only been a couple months, but Mitch has already made a significant impact. During his first service, he found several drip irrigation heads that were not functioning properly and repaired them. They had been disconnected during pool construction and did not get reconnected. And the property looks great. In fact, my neighbor called me the other day to tell me how nice the front yard looked and to ask who we used. I didn't hesitate to pass on Mitch's contact information.

I decided that I didn't want to spend more money to dig everything up at that time. He was very nice and honest, just think 125 is a bit much for a service call for one hour.

+ 0 moreHe showed when he said he would and went to work right away. Found that the reason my courtyard wasn't be watered was two valves and solenoids were not working. He fixed that and then we found out that the main line had been cut off by a tree. As this had taken a long time to work on. He made an appointment for a couple of days later, to bring in a crew to replace the water lines as they were continually leaking. The landscape had matured and the roots were damaging the lines that had to be at least 20 years old. They showed up on the next appointment and laid the new lines and repaired several leaks on different sides of the house. They did have to lay new lines in another side also. Everything was fixed and the price stayed at the original estimate. He explained everything that needed to be done and why they needed to be done. I would use Perfection Landscape again and do recommend they as well.

Mitchell went to work and made the needed repairs. Along the way, he stopped to discuss options with me and explain the pros and cons. I was more that satisfied with the work. The price was very reasonable and I would not hesitate to contact him in the future for other work. I recommend him highly.

+ 2 moreMitch and his crew are the epitome of professionalism. Mitch responded within 5 minutes of my enquiry and showed up less than an hour later. He repaired my irrigation valve and fixed a leaking irrigation line on Wednesday. After the service was complete I asked Mitch if he could possibly refresh the rock around the property and he readily agreed. This past Saturday Mitch and his crew refreshed the rock in both the front and back yard and also created a new river rock facade in my front yard. I couldn't be happier with the result as the work they perfomed turned out better than I could have imagined. Attention to detail was second to none and their clean up was as thorough as it comes. The price I paid was more than fair and I will not hesitate to hire Mitch and his crew again when I need new trees and plants planted in the near future. Thank you Mitch!
