We needed some major clean up and repairs on our backyard. Also some maintenance on front yard. We chose to meet with Mitch Manis, proprietor of Perfection Landscape and Associates, based on reviews on Angie's List. He arrived on time, to look around and listen and take notes on what we wanted to have done. We were impressed with his knowledge and expertise in all things landscaping. He returned in a timely fashion, as promised, with rock samples, and a fair bid, allowing us to make a decision that suited our needs. The job required 11 tons of rock, which was delivered on time. His professional crew completed all of the work in a single day, and we are thrilled with the outcome. We found Mitch to be very pleasant to deal with. He knows his stuff, and gives you and your project all of the time and attention needed to achieve excellent results. Thanks, Mitch and Crew!

Unfortunately the contractor didn't call back as first agreed to set an appointment. So the following day I called him to arrange for a date time. I stayed home from work to meet him between 8 and 9. At 9:05 I decided to call to check on him and was surprised to hear him say that "he wasn't sure that I still wanted him to come". He seemed very apologetic, but I still waited a week for this, and missed 2 hours of work for nothing.

After leaving a message. Mitch, the owner, returned my call a short time later. Came by the same day to provide a quote. Mitch was very knowledgeable and offered a fair price for the work to be done. Returned 4 days later, ON TIME, and went beyond my expectations by doing additional work he deemed necessary without an additional charge. Entire experience friendly and un pressured.

The job went very well. Mitch and his crew are tireless and very focused on doing excellent work. i am very pleased with their work quality, their professionalism and their price. This is a really good company to do business with. I would not hesitate to recommend Perfection landscaping to friends.

My yard had been neglected for about 3 years. Everything went great. He was a great guy, very personable, and very knowledgeable. He did wonderful work. His employees are the best, they are very hard working. I was very pleased.

First of all, Mitchell took the time to listen, and to provide answers to all my questions. The attention to details, level of skill, and finished product far exceeded my expectations.

We moved into a house that was built in 1987 and I don't think any maintenance was done on the sprinkler system since it was installed. In addition there were several shrubs that must have been original to the house and were badly overgrown. Mitch and his crew arrived at 9AM on a Saturday morning and they didn't finish until 7PM, stopping only 30 minutes for a quick lunch break. Mitch repaired every sprinkler-head we had as well as all of the drip-lines. He actually found several issues with the main manifold with the vales, which he is coming back to repair since he ran out of time on Saturday. Our wall in the backyard is about 40 feet long and his crew removed all of the shrubs, including digging out all of the stumps, and hauled them away as well as cleaning up all of the debris as if no work was ever done there. Amazing. In the front yard we had several bushes removed. The front flower bed was badly overgrown and needed some attention. Mitch's crew jumped right in with chainsaws and rakes and low-and-behold, there were three Sago Palms amongst all of the overgrown plants! By the time his crew was done there were two VERY full trailers of material that was removed. We can't thank Mitch enough for the work he and his crew completed. Mitch is very laid-back and has been in the landscape business for over 30 years. He knows his stuff, and his crew are some of the nicest and most professional people we've dealt with. I highly recommend using his services.

The company name says it all. Owner Mitchell Manis came out within one day of request to provide me with an estimate & to my amazement & surprise told me he could do the work the very next day (surprising since I've seen very few companies providing services on the weeken). I'm so thankful the company I'd been waiting on for more than two weeks did me a favor in not showing up, otherwise I wouldn't have found out what a rush job they'd actually done last year. Mr. Manis is very personable, professional, and is dedicated to customer satisfaction. I hope those I refer to him will contact & use his services. The workers were well supervised to ensure the proper things were taken care of. When you actually find business that do what they tell you they're going to & in a timely manner we must keep them employed so we can weed out the bad/slackers. Since the works been done I've spent as many hours as possible out there (as late as 3a.m.!), and now I love having the blinds & curtains open with such a nice view. I'm looking forward to more work from him in the future since I'm no longer able to handle things on my own the way I used to. But at least now I can just sit back, relax, & enjoy without having to recuperate from over doing it! Thanks Guys!

Mitch and his team were awesome! They didn't just transform my yard into beautiful eye candy, Perfection Landscape did it for an amazing price! I had five other landscapers come out and Mitch's team was by far the cheapest! I will be using them again soon to do my backyard.

Called Perfection Landscaping early afternoon on May 2 and left voice mail message. Mitch called back in about an hour, and we set up an appointment for an estimate between noon and 1 p.m. on 5/3. Mitch called around 12:45 p.m. on 5/3 and stated he was running late and that he'd be able to get to our house by 3:30 pm. He arrived before 3 p.m. and surveyed what needed to be done. Since my husband and I are relatively new Las Vegas residents, we are unfamiliar with the irrigation system that came with the house. Mitch checked out the irrigation lines and found some leaks. He went to his truck and retrieved some parts, and fixed the leaks, so we could water our thirsty plants and trees. He also took the time to show us how to use the watering timer. Mitch was here for a least an hour, and was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and friendly. The estimate he provided included replacing and burying the irrigation line he had temporarily repaired and fixing the main water pipe (which was leaking) in front of the house. We scheduled the work to be done on 5/12 around 8:30 a.m. Mitch called during the evening on 5/11 and said they would be here between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. At that time, he also told me that he had downloaded and printed a user's manual for our irrigation timer. We thought that was great! Mitch and his crew arrived during the scheduled time frame and got right to work. They got rid of all of our weeds, trimmed our plants and trees, and installed and buried a new irrigation line in the backyard. Mitch explained to us which plants could be "saved" and which could not. Mitch and his crew were very pleasant, friendly and efficient. We thought the job would take all day, but they got it done in about 4 hours! They hauled away all the weeds and dead plants, then they used a leaf blower to get rid of anything that was lying in the driveway and the walkways. We couldn't be more pleased with Mitch and Perfection Landscaping! We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs landscaping service.

Overall, I'm very impressed and happy with this company. Mitch showed up right on time for walk through and estimate. He spent time with me talking to me about the plants in my yard and their overall health. Upon agreeing to the quoted price, Mitch had his crew here within two days. Again, they showed up right on time. They worked very hard to get the job done in one day. I can say, they didn't leave a single leaf unturned. They tended to every plant in the yard, and did an excellent job in cleaning up. The lights are working again and I have no rogue sprinkles left in the yard.

We have been more than pleased with Mitch and Perfection Landscape's employees that they have been with us for many years. We are always getting comments about our lawn being the nicest in the neighborhood. Even in the heat of the Las Vegas summer Mitch will aerate our lawn so the moisture stays in the soil longer. I can't say enough about their attention to detail and expertise--not only on regular maintenance but also on new landscape ideas. I highly reccoment Mitch and Perfection Landscape! It is hard to keep a beautiful lawn in the desert heat but Mitch definitely does it with his customers' lawns.

Mitch was extremely professional, courteous, and responsive throughout the process. He was able to come out the same day I called and review the proposed work and provide an estimate. His knowledge and expertise with plant types and their proper care was very evident. On the day the work was scheduled, Mitch and his crew showed up on time and went right to work, pressing through until the work was done. All debris was cleaned up, rock beds restored to their original condition, and everything hauled away. We will definitely use Perfection Landscape again!

A back neighbor complained about drywall on her side deteriorating from, she assumed, irrigation on our side. We had had a problem in the past that we corrected but wanted to have an irrigation specialist look at it again to confirm that we didn't have another problem. Mitch confirmed that there was not a problem and went through the process that we could use to check for ourselves in the future. He was very efficient. It was obvious that he knows his business. As we are 6 months new to the area we discussed plants and general landscaping/irrigation. We have asked Mitch to replace a small tree and to freshen the landscaping rock to complete the look to our back area.

Start to finish in one day and price was fair. He is a professional and knows his stuff. We will be using him again for sure.

Overall, the entire scope of the job went well. Mitch was very accommodating and responded to what we had in mind. This is the opposite of some vendors, who proceed to try to sell us what they thought to be better (and usually more expensive). To his credit, though, Mitch did tell us when any of our ideas would have posed a problem and explained why, but still left the decision up to us. Perfection is on our list to call for future yard maintenance.

He did a wonderful job. He even fixed a weather vane free of charge. He came out within the half hour of me calling him to schedule and is from the other side of town. He is very good and I would recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Manis is a mild professional gentleman, always can be reached by phone and E Mail, always show up on time and very polite. He has two associates, Alberto and Rodriguez . They are respectful, gentle,professional , know what they are doing and always with smile. It is about one year ago, my backyard irrigation system was over irrigated and cost high water bill. Mr. Manis and his team received my request by phone from Michgan to fix it. They changed the sprinkle system monitor,re adjust the distribution of water and adjust the frequency according to Las Vegas season. Above beyond, they fixed up multiple sloppy and lousy works left over from the previous worker. I highly recommend Mr. Manis and his team to anyone for landscape.
