Great! I received a prompt call to schedule a quote and Mitch, the owner, came out the next day, on a Sunday. The quote was more than reasonable and the work started and was completed the following Saturday. Mitch helped with the design of the front yard and we are beyond pleased with the results!

It took Mitch Manis from May 20 to August 31, 2017 to complete only a portion of the job and I paid him $40,000. I had to hire another company to plant the sod and then realized that the low voltage lights were not working. The wiring that he did is tripping the new transformer that he bought and installed (I have copies of Invoices.) I contacted him many times by email, text and by phone and he would not respond. I have had to hire another company to find out which line is overloaded. On another note, he billed me on January 4, 2018 for another $6,120 for work he says was performed in August 2017. He indicated on his 0817 invoice that, "I was very happy that I was 100% satisfied with our final walk-though." It never happened. He blames the back billing on "IPhone" problems. On top of that, he asked a woman named EMILIA VALDEZ to call both me and my contractor posing as a County Inspector. Since she did not speak English very well, I got suspicious and called the County Building Dept., only to find out there was no employee with this name. I called Metro Police and they said I need to file a report in person of someone who is impersonating a County Inspector. What kind of person does this? As a result of my experience, if you hire Mitch Manis to do any work, you might be billed 4-5 months later for services he claims to have done because of "IPhone problems." Since he paid for and installed the irrigation valves and transformers and he won't warranty his work, he has left me with no choice but to file a complaint with the Licensing Board and to initiate a lawsuit which will help me recoup my losses in this matter. If there are any future problems with the irrigation systems or the wiring of the lighting transformers (which there is), he has left me with no choice. Look at his reviews as they are sparse and lacking in 2017. Hope you don't have to go through with what I am now facing.

Mitch doe's what we agreed to & more. I don't have to point out what needs to be done. After 9 years & 7 other yard company's I have finial found someone that's knows what customer service is & doe's it.

Perfection Landscape made several repairs to the existing system. A leaking anti-siphon valve was replaced and a control was added that removed the necessity to turn off water to the whole house while working on the landscape system. (Mitchel suggested this turn-off valve based upon his extensive experience in this business.) Three holes in the main line were repaired and several dripper lines were repaired or installed. As repairs took place the system pressure was returned to normal and that identified additional weak spots in the system that needed repair. Total time on the job was 3.25 hours. Mitchell was very professional and knowledgeable and I would use this company again.

Mitch came out the same day I called and provided a very fair estimate. Scheduled work within a few days. Mitch and his crew showed up on time and immediately went to work. Did everything as discussed and agreed. Top notch work, impeccable professionalism, attention to detail. Job came in precisely on estimate. Mitch is honest to his own detriment, but cares about his clients and understands the value of good service. I will now utilize Mitch for all my landscaping needs. What a tremendous operation.

He was awesome! Found the leak in my crazy & outdated sprinkler system & turned off valve until we replace system next spring. Found resolution for 2nd valve he was unable to locate. Very knowledgeable, made recommendations & very patient in repair. Cost was very reasonable & would definitely recommend Thank you Mitchell!

Mr. Manis was wonderful. He was extremely thorough. He walked the entire property to check for leaks, inspected each landscaping station and repaired a faulty part promptly. We could tell from our water meter that there was still a leak somewhere, but there was no evidence in our control boxes of any damage. Mr. Manis worked diligently to find the problem but due to the specific type of damage, it remained temporarily unsolved. We hired a separate leak detection company to come out to check for any additional leaks, and they were able to pinpoint 3 additional places, (but they only detect leaks, they did not fix anything.). Mr. Manis came back and repaired/replaced the leaking valves. (The problems were buried cracks that showed no evidence and could not have been found otherwise.) Mr. Manis has 35 years of experience and it shows. There's a reason he has such positive reviews and his customers are so devoted to him. He is honest, thorough, focused, and his prices are fair. We plan to work with him again when the weather cools off to change our present landscape into drought tolerant one. I would definitely recommend Perfection Landscaping to other Angie's List members.

I considered fixing the leak myself, but I wasn't sure about handling the pressure from the main distribution line leak, and other noises were coming from the surrounding gravel. Mitch from Perfection Landscaping was able to come later the same day and fixed one big rupture and two small leaks in under an hour! Highly recommended.

They did an excellent job. My plants and trees were trimmed and look great, it is amazing the difference I see looking at my yard now. They added or changed the drip tips to make sure each plant was getting the right amount of water. My yard was blown and cleaned up, all trash, weeds and debris was cleaned out. I am so happy with the way my backyard looks now. I would hire them again and would definitely recommend them.

He responded quickly and he did not leave until everything was working properly.
