Description of Work: I initailly called for a sprinkler repair. Mitch called back immediately and fixed the problem in a timely manner. He is very though, professional and great about explaining what he will do to repair the problem. Since the initial repair he has thatched our lawn & repaired numerous irrigation issues.

Description of Work: Mitch was prompt to respond to my Angie's list message. He was on time for our appointment. He repaired the drip irrigation system, changed several emitters, gave great advice on maintaining the system and our plantings. It was worth the trip charge. He worked the full hour included in the trip charge.

Description of Work: Inspected 3/4 of our entire drip system. He repaired app. 6 of them and installed app. 4 new ones. He was very informative and patient with our level of understanding regarding drip systems. One of the new drips failed after 7 days. We attempted to find the problem but could not. We called Mitch and he told us to keep looking for the problem, as that is what he would have to do and he WAS NOT returning to Henderson unless we paid another service fee of $75. Needless to say he does not uphold his ad which encourages people to use him as YOU ONLY PAY ONCE and get it done correctly. If you decide to use Mitch know that he does NOT stand behind his work.

Description of Work: Mitch was a magician with my broken sprinkler system. He found multiple issues and was able to fix them all. This was after my 'handy man' had given up. He explained what he was doing each step of the way and made sure the entire system was working properly. His price was very reasonable. I asked him to quote additional landscaping work for me.
