Asked for a bid via Angie’s List. They never responded...

The crew was very professional, did their job expeditiously, and took care to install properly. They even had spray paint to corner nails and marks. Both Jeff and Ed did a great job, I especially appreciated, the company hired Veterans.

They were AMAZING! From the estimate to the finished product it was professional, timely and beautifully finished. We are beyond thrilled with the final product.

So easy! Super nice people from the first answered call through the final inspection. Jill answered the phone and was competent and friendly. I dealt with her throughout the process and she was always great. Anthony came on time and gave me a quote--he made it all so simple and direct. I am completely satisfied. I even asked them if they offered any other services I could purchase! I wish all contractors performed like they do. NOTE: I had a patio cover installed last year by a DIFFERENT company and they were difficult every step of the way. Despite this, I would have gone back to them this year but they made it so cranky that I felt like I was begging them to take my money. They wouldn't even discuss business unless my husband was there (keep in mind that I was just repeating and order from last year)??? Anyway...go with Perfect Home Products/Patios--you won't be disappointed.

It went fantastically. The gutters actually look better than the wooden eaves that were a part of the house. Everything looks very clean and professionally done. The guys were on time, very friendly, and very helpful with questions. I recommend Perfect Home Products 100%.

The process went as smoothly as one would want. The time it took from scheduling the estimate to having the gutters fully installed was less than a week. At every step, Perfect Home Products provided excellent communication and ensured I was aware of the steps and timing. The estimate was within my expectations and budget so I agreed to move forward with purchase and install. The installation crew arrived a few minutes early to the appointment and after introducing themselves and verifying the work to be done, started the process. The whole installation was done in a couple hours. My wife and I are quite pleased with the results and would use Perfect Home Products again.

Excellent. Fast response. No nonsense evaluation and quote. Three person team with all the tools and equipment on a gutter dedicated truck. Installed in less than 2 hours. Would use again.

Two men arrived and were quite arrogant and just off the top of their heads said the job would cost $400. for two extension downspouts on my townhouse, without even looking on the roof or measuring. They didn't even try when I asked about how that would look since it was on the front of my home. They just shrugged their shoulders and said that's it! I asked them what it would cost just to do one spout and they told me again, it was $400. whether they do one or two. That is the minimum cost of the company to do a project and it goes up from there when they start a job, in case there is additional work or materials needed. This company is for the birds. How can they give an estimate without measuring and checking the drainage on the roof.

Perfect Home installed guttering for the garage side of the house. The price was fair and the work was done fast and well. The job was impressive enough that I've had them do 2 additional gutter drain projects. They are good at communicating with customers and their crews are courteous, competent, and professional.

My husband and I called for a quote after reviewing other gutter installers. We came across Perfect Home Products, and decided to give them a call, and I'm glad we did. Eric came out, gave us a reasonable quote - even offered suggestions about what types of gutters we should install. Eric was wiling to work with us, and was all about customer service and doing what the customer asked. We were left with a pamphlet and a quote - along with a color selection. We called Perfect Home Solutions after we made our decisions, and set up an appointment; they were so willing to work around our schedule so we didn't have to take time off work - which was amazing ! The team came out to install, and they were prompt, professional, and took care to do quality work. We even made some last minute color changes (so the gutter and the downspount would match their respecitve places on our home), which wasn't an issue for this team. Our new gutter was installed in about two hours, and we absolutely love it --- happy customers! Thank you Perfect Home Products!

They do rain gutters, doors, patio cover and those types of things. There was no charge for their quote. Scheduling the service was fine. They told me once I made a decision to give them a call because it would take them a week to get the materials in so that was very good and easy. I was amazed at how quickly they could do it. I would say it took no more than an hour. They had a crew of about three or four come. One guy was out front because they do it right there and did a quick re-measure.They did the bending and carried it out while two of them get up on the ladders to do what they do. They knew what they were doing and were professional. It is very nice not having water pour down the door to my patio. The work has been holding up very well.

Their price was good. They went with the more commercial large amount. We had a neighbor that had used them and that was one of the reasons we used them. He gave me a diagram to give me the visual as well as the dollar amount on the side. I asked him to give me a quote on another portion of the house but I had to discuss it with my husband first and he was willing.

Jill & Eric are both great. They are very responsive and do exactly what they say they will do.

I would definitly recommend Perfect Home Products. I scheduled an appointment for a quote. They were on time and very professional. I told him the area of the house I wanted gutters on to correct an issue I was having. I was very amazed and pleased that I didn't get the typical up sale of "well we can do your whole house for $XXXX." He only focused on my concerns, took measurements and quoted a reasonable price. The install went very smooth also. The crew was on time and professional. They completed the job quickly and price stayed as originally quoted. I will definitely use this company again.

Everything was great... Jill was very responsive in returning calls as well as scheduling an appointment. I met both Eric and Steve and believe they gave me a fair price and helped me pick the right products and colors for the home. The installation took not even two hours and looks great. The installation crew was running a little behind our scheduled time however Troy called me to let me know when they would arrive and showed up as planned.

In short, I would recommend them to anyone. We went to the showroom and liked what little bit we saw (other than the added benefit of seeing the materials in person, it was not anything we couldn't look at online or at a friend's house with a similar cover). We immediately scheduled an estimate for the following Wednesday; their representative was right on time, helpful, answered all of our questions, and gott us squared away.The office manager was extremely responsive in helping me put together the forms needed for my HOA, and even filled them out for me. The only delay was with my own HOA! As soon as the HOA signed its approval (with no revisions to Perfect Home's design), I contacted Jill at Perfect Home and she immediately set a build date, inspection date (for the County), and fan install date. The build was beautiful, Jorge was great and worked with me to get the patio done the way we wanted, the inspector signed off right away, and within a week of getting our approval from the HOA we had a beautiful new patio cover and fan! At all times they were professional, responsive, and cheerfully answered my zillion questions. I would absolutely use them again.

I can't say enough about this company. Not only did they complete the job on time and cleaned up, but, when I accidentally backed the RV into an end gutter hey came out and repaired it for FREE!!

Showed up on time, crafted the gutters on the spot. Amazing to watch! They needed a different color for one area. They returned promptly the next day and finished exactly as I had requested. We had a major rain storm here a few weeks later, and the gutters were wonderful, and the water was shooting away from our house.

This work was done about 3 years ago. But that being said, I think this review maybe of greater value to you than one done from a recent installation. I chose perfect homes because they had a good looking sturdy product. The support beams were nicely finished and the mesh had a good dark brown color. I originally wanted the lighter color, but the salesman told me that the darker color would blend in better and I would no notice it was much. He was right. The product was held up well and still looks new. My family is safe and I love the fact that I can removed the fence if I need to. The gate works well and build in lock is also nice. The mesh is still tight and there is no sighs of sun damage. If you own a pool and have children, you need a fence and the price between this and an iron fence are comparable.

Exactly as they promised-- in fact we even changed color on part of the job at their suggestion, which was correct, They even had the Material we needed on their truck

Estimator came out and provided an estimate and answered our questions. After we sent in the signed Proposal/Contract someone called a couple days later to schedule the work for the following week. On the day the work was scheduled to be done the installers arrived on time and completed the job efficiently. The installers were very pleasant and professional. The gutters look great, but is hasn't rained yet. I will update this review if there are problems with the gutters when the torrential rain, that we occasionally have, arrives.
