STOP!!! FOR YOUR OWN GOOD, Don't even consider using Peak Pool. They told me my pool would cost $7000 to tear out & rebuild and for me that's A LOT of money. Once they got it torn out now suddenly my stairs are not properly made to begin with & I incurred an additional $900 because they have to be rebuilt. Well there's a giant hole in my yard & I truly have no other option but to pay them more money. When the pool was finished, I called them bi-weekly because the pool leaked. It was November & December so evaporation was NOT a factor yet they told me every time it was evaporation but marked on the filter casing the levels of lost water. By January the marks covered a full foot of water loss & I was tired of them doing NOTHING about it so I said to Otto enough already, clearly it's leaking I mean, you made these markings look, a foot of water is gone!!! To which Otto immediately stuck his hand into the filter and erased all the markings!!! I'm not kidding. They insisted the pool didn't leak so when the weather broke it became clear that the new spa they installed was losing 4 to 5 inches of water a day, not evaporation!!! The last time Otto came over I went into the house for a minute & when I came back out, the filtration system itsself was leaking in 2 different places while Otto stood there staring at his work not saying a word to me. Yep, he put breaks on 2 different system pipes causing an entirely new problem for me. He blatantly & intentionally broke 2 different pipes simultaneously on my filtration system. WOW Apparently the pool leaking alone, was not enough for Otto. I took them to small claims court, they said it was my fault because it leaked because they fixed it. WHAT? They took an attorney with them & were perfectly okay with leaving me with a non-functional leaking, pool & taking $8k from me. TAKE THEM ON AT YOUR OWN RISK !!!! THEY ARE TOTAL CROOKS AND ARE MAKING INNOCENT HARDWORKING PEOPLE, HOMELESS!!!! Peak Pools has a SPECIAL place in **** waiting for them.

I hired peak pools to replaster my pool. They did an good job. I called them to do another job for me. Rod dog showed up and told me my pool wasn"t up to code. They told me they had to charge me an extra $700. I had 3 other pool company tell me my pool was up to code. I belive they were trying yo get something over on me because I'm a women.

Initially ok, but several cracks ave appeared. I have left 3 phone messages and they will not call me back.

It took them 10 days to even get someone out to review the project and provide an estimate. All 3 of the other companies I had bid for this job had someone out within 48 hours. These guys were the cheapest. I did go back to the second cheapest and ask if they would match the price because I had a feeling I was not going to like the dealings with Peak but they wouldn't so I chose Peak to do the work based on price alone. The work done was very good. I have no problem with the outcome or the work that has been performed. The project management however is absolute crap. My final plaster date was moved 7 times including being moved after I gave them a 2 week break by scheduling my plaster date for a day several days after a holiday weekend nearly two weeks prior to the date I proposed. My final plaster date was nearly a month later than what was originally proposed when I signed the contract. The date proposed was proposed as a tentative date. We had a massive heat wave during the project which slowed their crews down for safety reasons and I understand all that. It seems to me rather than adjusting their expectations about what their crews could get done each day they continued to schedule them for full schedules knowing full well they wouldn't get half or more of it done and then just called all the ones they didn't get done and push them another day. Very poor customer service. Project management is not in this company's vocabulary. Perhaps they should hire a PMP certified project manager to handle their project scheduling for them. Additionally their office phone hours are only 8-3 even though they will call you well after 3 and you cannot call back. I did have to call them after 3 once and they did actually answer the phone but that was only once out of several times I needed to call after 3.

The office, sales staff and construction foreman were great (5 stars).The quote that I received from Peak was also the most reasonable which is why I selected them as our contractor.We chose a light blue pebble type plaster (not real pebble Tec.) The outcome in my estimation was horrible, the color is streaked and blotchy and varies from completely white to dark blue (see picture, it looked this way the day they left the job site). I almost believe they had never installed this "Mini" pebble product before our pool.When I questioned Tony, the construction foreman, he told me that "this is a perfectly normal outcome" and "to be expect in any color plaster". (remember I've have had "real" pebble Tec. for 20 years!)When I pushed back on this response John (the owner), changed the story and said it was my fault and "the chemistry is causing some discoloration"So if everything goes OK Peak is great... gets 5 stars... if anything goes wrong "you’re on your own"..... Zero Stars

The provider was a sub contractor when we had our pool built. They did a great job! We went with Tahoe Blue, which meant the plaster needed to be tinted. We were a little unsure at the time but it came out great.

overall it was pretty smooth; some confusion over in pool vacuum system, but overall it was a painless process and I feel we got a decent deal on the work they did

We chose Peak due to their special quartz deal of the month, and their current reviews online. Peak were probably the most professional company we spoke with. Very polite and easy to contact. The pool was completed one day ahead of schedule, and so far we are very pleased with the results. The company left the property as clean as it was found, and the supervisor regularly came to the property to check on progress.

My very old and large (17' x 40' x 8' deep) pool was in bad condition. The plaster was stained, but worse, there were large pits all over the bottom. I got 4 estimates from companies on Angie's List. Of the four, I was most impressed with Peak's: the initial estimate and presentation was very professional, clear, and complete. It answered all my questions. Their's was not the least expensive (or most expensive) but had the best value. I never felt like I was being "gouged". I had considered replacing the tile and the coping. However, the coping was in good condition and the existing tile was high-end so we decided to have it bead-blasted which cleaned it up and removed the calcium build up and saved me alot of money, not having to replace either one. Their contract was very clear and concise. In their office, Carol walked me through each part of the contract as part of their Quality Control process. Carol was also my direct contact. If I had a question she was very responsive and got me the answer. She contacted me throughout the step-by-step process, giving me updates on the schedule. I always knew exactly where we were and what to expect. Each crew was very professional and left the yard in good condition. I am extemely pleased with the results - the pool is gorgeous and the deck came out beautifully. I am on a budget and I do not enter lightly into an investment of this kind. The house is 35 years old and I am looking at major expenses to keep it in shape. So this being a good experience meant the world to me.

Would like to commend Carol, whom coordinated everything and kept in contact with me. She was always very courteous, and was genuinely concerned that the service was good. Any concerns I had she addressed them promptly. She is wonderful to work with. Everyone from Peak was professional and good to work with. They did a good job with the removal of the old plaster, and a great job with the new! I also really appreciate that the crew did not leave a mess in my yard and kept it very clean. The only small complaint I have, is that their sample colors are not really true to the color they are in real life. Overall we are very pleased with the work and our new plaster. I feel they are a reputable company and would definitely recommend them.

Looks great, quick service.

Service was pretty good and the plaster looked great, but there was very poor communication between the company and us. Called us at the time they were going to arrive to say there boss rescheduled the job. No rhyme or reason behind it and left us waiting another 3 days without an answer. Then showed up early the following Monday. We had planned a party around the pool being finished, but if the communication happened sooner it would have been a more pleasant experience. Also, the and quot;installerand quot; who called us refused to let us speak with his boss, which tells me they have something to hide. Not sure I would recommend them, but Desert Springs (the company we actually had the contract with) hired them. Overall, job looks good though.

This company was a pleasure to work with. They did what they promised, when they promised it, from start to finish as well as being the best price from about five quotes. I even got white quartz finish for the plaster price. From the person doing the estimate to the office staff and the people doing the work I was totally satisfied. This project was at an investment property, but when my pool at my home needs refinishing these guys will be the first and only ones I call.

Everyone from start to finish was great. We had weather delays but I was kept informed at all times. I can't wait to swim!
