The guy came over and everything seemed to go well. We agreed that he would go back and work up a couple of different quotes. He gave me his card and recommendations for a couple of other contractors for specific work I needed in the house. I said I needed to provide him with an email alias that would work specifically for him, this took me a day or so. He said he would get back to me with a recommendation for a handyman as well as next steps for design and quotes. And then... nothing. He went completely dark, no answer to emails or texts, nothing. I was about to take this personally (even though there was no reason for this behavior) when I read in a couple of 1 star Yelp reviews that he has done this to others. Hey, Dan, if you don't want the job, how about the common courtesy to respond, at least in the negative. Read the other 1 star reviews in Yelp for other reasons not to use this company.
