Buyer beware new owner Amanda is a scammer and so is Chris who Amanda said didn't work there but Tyson who works there says he does work there. I got totally scammed by this place they were hired to clean a pool that was sparkling and after months of complaining about how bad their service was they promised to refund me. I did the pool for 6 months myself and it was so beautiful now I have a dirty pool after they took over. All they did was lie about this and that but never provided the service. On top of that I gave them a key to my side gate and they lost it. I provided another key and they never came and got it but they billed me anyway. Bunch of scammers that don't take responsibility. Huge mistake I made and I went into the store to hire them to make sure I got a good service and not some guy off CL. Avoid this place or you'll end up with worse service of any pool company in Las Vegas. Some guy Chris claimed to be the owner but he lied and when I confronted Amanda the owner she played the game of I don't know anything. So she is part of the scam. Buyer beware. UPDATE: I talked to a guy Tyson who was taking calls for the store and did nothing but lie and say he didn't know what the name of Chris's pool service company name was. He interrupted and talked over me the whole time trying to avoid my questions so I could ascertain WTH is going on. Completely unprofessional the whole band of scammers. you get what you deserve if you use this company in any way. they are the new owners so don't expect the same service you got in the past.

Pacific Pools did an ok job on our pool. The problem that I had with them is that they took forever to put in the pool. When we set up the deal, it was supposed to take two to three weeks. It ended up taking many months. We were not happy at all with this company.
Description of Work: They put in a small-sized, in ground pool for us.

Pacific Pools didn't meet our expectations at all. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They used a fiberglass platform to put the pump station on instead of concrete. It settled and now there is a problem with that. After they had the pool installed, they asked my wife and I to inspect it. When we complained about how ruff the plaster finish was on the steps they had said that is the best they could do on that. They were very bad. We did complain to the company about it and they sent a guy out to try and smooth it with a grinder. All he succeeded to do was break some ceramic tile, which we never did get it fixed by them. The job was only supposed to take two months and it ended up taking them six months.
Description of Work: They built our 33 x 10 pool and spa. They also installed a walking path to the pool patio.
