+ -1 moreBill the plumber and his assistant were puntual and professional and veryl nice guys. We had to leave them at our house alone because we both work, and I was very comfortable with that. They got the whole house plumb in 2 days.
Description of Work: We had a sub floor water leak and had to replace all of our hot and cold water pipes in the house. Our insurance company would only pay for the Hot Water pipes because they were the only broken pipes. We wanted to replace both so we had to pay for the cold water pipes. Orchard had the best price and they were recommended by a friend. We had other company's bid most were around 5-6 thousand but one company was as high as $10,000. It pays to look around.

+ -1 moreHe did an excellent job on pulling out the old toilet which no longer fit on top of the tile. the water damage company elected to replace the toilet instead of tearing out the tile which should had been layed incorrectly.after seeing the new flowmaster fill valve I asked if he could replace them on two other toilets. he accomplished that replacing the valves plus making sure that they operated effectively. it turned out that several of the new valves had refill issues. Ed stayed with the job until he was able to replace both with properly performing valves.
Description of Work: this was a combination insurance issue and general plumbing. I had water damage which required a new toilet as the old toilet did not fit where tiling replaced carpet. the plumber had to visit various locations that had a toilet the fitted under a ledge. the general plumbing which he performed after doing the insurance work was to replace two flushing mechanisms with an upgraded flowmaster 400a

+ 0 moreThey did a great job fixing the toilet; the owner of the company came to our home to service the work. The men were very experienced and professional. We do not have a problem with the pipes any more. The price was very reasonable also.
Description of Work: We had the pipes on the toilet unclogged because the toilet would overflow.
