Mike at Orange Air is always there SO quickly and gets the job done in the most prompt manner while still being true to what we truly need done. We trust him wholeheartedly, it’s so amazing having someone we trust in this crazy Vegas heat. If you need anything, he will handle it in a fast and cost effective way. He’s our go to guy when it comes to A/C or Heat!

I cannot even put into words what this company has done not just for my home but my families home. Our a/c stopped working after 2 weeks of 110° heat so I called Orange Air at 8am & these guys were at my house by 11:30 & had our unit fixed within the hour. Luckily we just needed a few parts on our original 30 year old unit replaced so it was significantly less than an entirely new unit. These guys are professional, efficient, & know what they’re doing - the top 3 things you can’t compromise on when it comes to expensive services for your house. The work also came w/a year warranty but we will be using Orange Air next spring for our yearly maintenance so hopefully we never again have our a/c go out in the middle of a Vegas summer.

This company was amazing. After another company flaked on our morning appointment and then decided they could not come out for another 2 days, even though my elderly mother is on oxygen and cannot handle the heat well. I called Orange Air, and they got me in within hours!! I cannot say enough about their customer service!! Even with being extremely busy, they took the time to help. That is a rarity to find in a company!! Since we had been out of air overnight and it was now late morning and getting hotter, I didn't even ask what their fee was; I just needed the AC fixed. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the invoice, and it was very reasonable! Other companies would have taken advantage of the situation, but not this company!! Later that evening, my mother let it slip that she was glad they came when they did; as she wasn't feeling so well. I cannot give Orange Air enough praise and love!!
