John showed up for the initial meeting and we noticed he was not anywhere close to the other contractors/sales people we had been talking to. Not only was he polite and professional from the beginning he also provided a lot of information both pro and con about pools so we could make our own decision. With the other contractors/sales people they were trying to tell us what we wanted instead of listening to what we wanted. Although our initial design was for a free-form style salt water pool and spa with a water feature, John presented us with a geometrical design that we fell in love with right away. Being that we were building the pool into a hillside we added a waterfall feature along with two fire bowls, added a pebble pool finish, an in-floor cleaning system, a shallow swim deck area and additional decking as well. Along the way we had John change the cool deck coping to travertine, added extra decking, added granite ledge rock in areas, as well as added a fire pit. John handled these changes without missing a beat and kept the project on time. Although we had construction issues and delays with our block wall contractor, John's professionalism and calming personality kept was really appreciated. Our pool turned out better than we could ever imagine and it was John that made that possible. Although John may not be one of the big companies out there he is for sure one of the best companies out there. I am attaching some before and after pictures to show that John can make dreams come true.

Overall, this was a fantastic experience. Spool and decking installation was completed in six weeks - right on the timeline we discussed from start, but we were aware that it could change. John and his contractors worked with us at every stage, accommodating work schedules and other conflicts. Bottom-line, we were never surprised nor were we kept waiting. I would clearly recommend John's company to anyone wanting to install a pool, spa or both. He uses nothing but the best contractors who do quality work - very reliable and very professional. And, John's presence throughout was constant. Even to the point that he came out on a Sunday to make some minor repairs. You won't find better service or a better product.

The pool/spa was built as designed and as promised. A couple of minor issues arose upon completion but were taken care of right away and to our complete satisfaction. John was very easy to work with and would recommend him to friends and neighbors.

John was attentive from the very start. He arrived on time, listened to our concerns, answered our questions. In total, I had interviewed 3 pool contractors and John was (by far!) the most knowledgeable and helpful, plus he offered the best value. He walked the property with us and made recommendations, showing us exactly where the pool would sit in the yard. The original design was great, but not exactly what we wanted...no problem, John went back to the drawing board and came back 2 days later with the perfect pool for us. Before the work started, John explained all the components to building an in ground pool and gave us all the paperwork. He kept us apprised of the work as it progressed. This was the first time my husband and I had a pool built, so we had MANY questions. John answered them all completely. He even helped us pick out the tiles and the colors. He was involved with every step of the process, overseeing the work, the deliveries and the finished product. We were able to swim in our clear, beautiful chlorine free pool, earlier than projected. The billing process was unique and very beneficial to us as homeowners. As each section of the work was completed, we paid John for it. We were never expected to "fork over a bundle of money" ahead of time. After the pool was completed and the final payment was made, John still dropped by to be sure we were happy. Yes John, we are very happy...Thank-you!

My husband and I moved to Las Vegas from the east coast a few years ago and after enduring a summer here without a pool we finally decided to pull the trigger on speaking to contractors about the project. We spoke to 5 different pool companies to get ideas, bids and just a general walk through of the whole process. While speaking to the other companies the common feeling was that we were just a number - John with Oracle stood out head and shoulders above the rest as far as just being personable, knowledgeable, attentive, responsive and frankly genuine. John spent easily a good 6 hours with us over several days while we looked at ideas and he came up with several different designs that he tweaked to suit our own ideas. We also discussed "add ons" such as the cleaning system, upgraded interior finishes, and a salt chlorinator. He took us to several projects that he'd completed so we could compare finishes, which really helps the visualization process. I will also add that he always came to us when we were discussing ideas etc, which was very convenient. John was so much faster compared to the rest as far as his quoted 6-7 week turn around time ( most others were quoting 2-3 months) from breaking ground to completion - which he kept to his word. Even if you don't think you're in a hurry, the sooner the project is finished the sooner you can get your house clean again. The dust and dirt that accompany pool installation are horrible! A frequent complaint you hear with pool contractors is that you deal with a rep of the company, sign a contract then never hear from them again as a bunch of subs tear up your yard. John was very hands on with his subs and was here in person checking on things at least 3 times a week throughout the process. John was always VERY quick to respond to our phone calls / texts and didn't have a problem coming over to the house even on the weekend to tweak the small things that come with this kind of project. We gave John A's for everything apart from his price - we gave him a B in that department not because he was any more expensive than everyone else (everyone came in at pretty much the same price) but simply because of the amount of money these projects cost. In short if your looking at putting a pool in I would HIGHLY recommend talking to John and making your own decisions... Our neighbors have been putting pools in at the same time and our experiences with him seem to be vastly better. We love our pool and what it's done to our yard... Overall we are VERY happy.
