One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating - Las Vegas

It went very smoothly! Jonah, the technician, not only checked out my a/c unit, but also said he fixed the something-cap (I can't remember what it was) that had come apart and cleaned up the mess inside. He changed my filter for me. And he showed me how there would be no damage to my unit by the mouse that lives underneath it. I also liked how he didn't try to sell me anything, which One-Hour technicians have done in the past.

Technician Colby showed on time, did a great job explaining the problem with our house air conditioning system then arranged for the special order part to be installed the very next day! Excellent service!

My repair person, Colby, showed up on time. But he was not there to do any repairs. He was there to sell me a new furnace. He went up to the the attic and spent about five minutes supposedly looking at my furnace, then went back out to his truck for about twenty minutes. When he came back into the house, he had a “System Efficiency Report” with a list of “proposed repairs” totaling $4,485. He then went into the sales pitch. He could get me a new furnace for “only” $4,103. Only later did I find the identical furnace brand new for $675 ( [*** Link removed ***] ). What a scam!

Drew arrived on time, looked at a/c unit and thermostat, went over suggested maintenance, installed surge protector and pan treatment. Very professional organization, workers really know what they are doing, will definitely recommend them.

I called One Hour and a technician was at my house within an hour. Shawn checked out everything and had to order parts . But did a temporary fix so I could have heat. The parts will be replace within a few days. We have been using One Hour for years. They have always been very responsive 24/7. And the techs they send have been very professional and always fixed the problem. The entire experience from the the call to a very pleasant person on the other end of the phone (no answering machines) making an appointment. A call when the Tech is on the way or a email showing the techs picture and name. It is best follow up and we have been so pleased with their great service. I take a yearly service contract that takes care of service calls ans maintenance.
