Timothy’s visit was to discuss what I needed done and to provide an estimate cost and schedule an appointment. He informed me what equipment is used and the process for both jobs, cleaning the ducts and having the Dryer Vent cleaned as well. He was very polite, easy to speak with and explained the process. I’m looking forward to the appointment and having these items taken care of.

It could not have gone better. Jorge and Colby were wonderful. Every option was gone over in detail and both were very thorough and professional. He even cleaned my attic access after they finished the inspection!!

It went very well! Roberto and his crew did a very professional, quick and clean installation. They did the entire system replacement in four or five hours! I am very glad I chose 1 Hour. I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of work.

The installers needed to access the attic through my closet. One of the employees, Steven Laera, told me the day before that all I needed to remove from my closet is this one small section of clothes and the rest should be fine for the installers to access the attic. The day of installing our 2 entirely new AC systems, the installers end up removing about 75% of my belongings out of my closet. Iâ m completely fine with that. However, the part that really bothers me is the fact that all my belongings were placed back into my closet in complete and utter disarray! Everything was disorganized! It looked like little care and effort was placed into putting my belongings back into my closet. Some stuff appeared as if it was just thrown into some spots. I find that ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL!! We are paying OVER TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS for their entire service from beginning to end, from A through Z, from the second they walk into my house to the second they walk out of my house. We did NOT get our moneys worth! We deserve the most immaculate service possible since we are paying OVER TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS!!! The least they could do is place everything back the way it was, and if they dont know where some of my belongings go, then they should have simply asked us. What an absolute waste of over TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS!!! This company certainly did not make every of my penny worth it.

Moses, the technician, was very, very professional, respectful, and friendly. He did fine with the tune-up. My big complaint is he tried to sell me things like some membership and equipment for my a/c unit. I hate that!! It seems like almost every technician with One-Hour is told to try to sell things to the customer after every tune-up, even though I have NEVER bought anything!! I have a 10-year warranty so I don't need to belong to some club or buy extra parts that should have come with the furnace in the first place. I've only had one technician in almost 10 tune-ups (a/c and furnace) not try to sell me anything, and it was so nice and refreshing. If only the rest of the technicians would take a cue from him and be more like technicians and less like salesmen!!!!

Was great!! I have a contract where I pay $14.00 a month. This includes one yearly maintenance on my AC and another yearly maintenance on my Heat. Plus a yearly maintenance on my tank- less hot water heater. If I had to call and schedule each with no contract the cost would be much more. I highly recommend this company and this contract.

Wonderful, I have One Hour Airs program for 2 free cleanings a year and no fee service calls for a low monthly fee. More than worth it for peace of mind William was my technician today. I received a call telling me Kenneth was on the way & then a text with his photo & his information. Kenneth was polite, professional, prompt & friendly. He performed the tune up efficiently. I have used One Hour Hearing & AC for years as they are always dependable, reasonably priced & courteous.

Found the no heat problem quickly, managed to get the gas valve working again and put a new valve on order.

Service tech Aidan did a good job. He was courteous, clean, and did a good job of providing an update after he was finished checking the furnaces.
