Needed two visits to completely repair. Evan spent a lot of time diagnosing the issue on the first visit and was very thorough. He explained exactly what the issue was and what it would take to repair.

The furnace is in the attic of my house, so I can't check up on what was done, but the technician was polite and listened to my concerns.

Real good and under real hot conditions especially up in the attic I even said a little prayer for them both of the guys. The inside temp was 92 or 93 and heavy tools and Ac equipment. They did a great job.

I’ve had One Hour AC come out to my house twice with two separate technicians and both experiences have been wonderful. Both times, I have had emergencies with my a/c going out suddenly and they have been to my house promptly. The technicians have been very knowledgeable and professional. Each time I’ve dealt with them, I’ve felt like they care and take the time to figure out the problem. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We met six different employees and from start to finish they were very responsive, had great attitudes and were very knowledgeable and personable. The system works flawlessly.

I called One Hour the following morning, the a/c unit seemed to have started up again on it's own. Tony came out the following morning, took a look at the unit which is on the roof and showed me pictures of the inside of the unit, and the problems. It was a very old unit, date on it showed 2004. We agreed that a new unit was in order, he suggested various options and I selected the cheaper unit. He gave me what discounts he could which totaled $1900. He said to leave the fan on manual in case it froze up again. He said he could have someone out the next day, even though it was a Sunday. Appointment was between 4 and 6 PM. At 4 PM the crane arrived along with a van with two technicians. Technicians went to work, unhitched the old a/c, and connected the new a/c unit and programmed the thermostat for me. This took around 3 hours total. Absolutely the most professional group I have ever dealt with, prompt, left no mess, picked up all debris. Recommend highly.

James came on time, diagnosed the problem and rectified it. Said it was covered under our arrangement with OHA. I Said thank you and he left.

Called at 7:30 am and the technician arrived at 10:00 am. Very nice and knowledgeable people. The prices for work seem a bit high, but the work was first rate. The air ducts were replaced because they were over 30 years old and starting to split. As to the HVAC going out, that was a capacitor and was replaced under warranty. It seems they blow about every two years here in Las Vegas. I would recommend them as long as a reasonable upper end price is within your budget.

Fast response thankfully (it was 111 degrees today). Our technician James was professional, courteous and quick. When he found out we were veterans, he signed us up for their hero's program giving us reduced costs and lifetime maintenance checks. I'm still in shock...how many companies go out of their way for customers like this. Prices were honest and accurate. We're customers for life.

When our units went out they were very prompt about getting out here to work on them. They are always making sure they're calling every 6 months to keep the maintenance up. The most recent two techs that came out did a good job and did it quickly!

Check out the heater and everything was fine. Changed the air filter for us.

Two technician's ended up coming out here. I think the first one didn't know what he was doing, and the second one didn't know too much about what he was doing either. They just came to do a tune-up on it, a yearly check of your air conditioner. When the first guy left, the air conditioner ran, and ran, and ran, and ran. I mean it was running like two hours at a time, and we have our air conditioner set at 83 degrees. So we called back, and they sent out another guy, and he went up there and he filled around for a couple of hours. He came back down and he said I did something, I did this, what is going to happen with the air conditioner it's going to run into your thermostat, that's the signal up to your air conditioner is to what the temperature should be. It may take a few days. So what he did I do not know, but he did not charge us, he waived the fee.

We use them for maintenance of our air conditioner unit not repairs. They are here like they say.

I have been doing business with them for nineteen years. In the beginning it was probably ok. Its gone down. The field manager is now the supervisor of the facility. The experience on the twentieth, Eric did a good job, however there is an field supervisor named Sean, because I know the company like the back of my hands. Unfortunately, I think they have gotten too big. They don't really care about the people.I have my heating and air conditioning unit serviced twice a year. They never returned my phone calls. I told them I wanted to know why this other individual isn't around. I don't let anyone in my house, unless I have done repeated business with. I like the same people. They are not as good as they use to be at all. They installed it for me. I pay monthly. Its still under the warranty for three years. If any parts go out, they would be covered. Its still under warranty. I am more than less with them because of the warranty. When its out of warranty, I will probably go find someone else.
