OISHI'S PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Our rental time with them has been the worst experience ever. Slow to respond to repairs and then done poorly. This experience is culminating in legal action against them after keeping full deposit and fabricating $1500 on top of that for more repairs ( after their walk through approval ) . Even used their outrageous cleaning people which they claimed it wasn't good enough . We have before and after picks and video from move in and out . No matter. And it was their "required" people. They also lost managing this house contract immediately after we left. ( but still claim repairs cost to them ) Responded slow to repairs at best and repairs were not satisfactory. Stay far away from this group .

During inspection, they said a light cleaning was needed and minor touch-up. They charged $998.73 for clean-up. -$265 for a full general cleaning-The property had been professionally cleaned prior and touch-up were done -$273 for carpet cleaning--This charge was legimate -$246painting touch-up, removing 2 cables and 4 door stops. -$165 for yard clean-up when the property was returned in the same condition. -$49 for weed abatement service. (The rent was increased by $10/month to cover cost of weed abatement)
