He was very nice and professional. Explained what was wrong and showed how it needed to be fixed. Also explained how to identify certain wires needed for proper GFCI operation.

Kevin returned my phone message within 10 minutes and came promptly to address the issue. Once at my home, he diagnosed and corrected the problem within 45 minutes. He is very professional and knows his business well. He did a good job of explaining everything to me. His prices are not cheap, but I feel they are worth it for a top electrician. I would definitely use him again.

He was to come back to adjust light but never showed

Everything is fine now. What I appreciated the most was the promptness of Mr. O'Conner. I called late on Wednesday 8-23 and he was here on time the next morning. Mr. O'Conner was very professional and courteous. He took less than an hour and answered all my questions.

When he gave me the total I said does that include the discount and he said yes, abruptly.

Kevin answered the phone personally; told me he would be here within two hours, which he was; he assessed the situation and discovered that it was a matter that the switch inside the clock on the pool equipment had been turned off for some reason. He explained how it all functioned to me; checked the main electrical panel just to be sure there were no issues, and left. He charged me for a service call, nothing more. He was honest; did not try to tell me something was wrong that wasn't (what a pleasant surprise in today's world!) and was very, very nice and very professional. I would definitely recommend him to anyone, and will use him again if needed.

O'Connor Electric did an amazing job with my project. It started with an extremely prompt response. I contacted the company late on July 3rd and they responded early on July 4th (a holiday) with a quote within the range I was expecting. Work was scheduled for the morning of July 6th. All interaction took place through Angie's List messaging. Kevin arrived about an hour later than planned on July 6th, but he sent me a message through Angie's List letting me know this would be the case. I should have passed along my phone number and I'm sure he would have called me. I introduced Kevin to the problem (I had taken pictures and annotated them so the issue being solved was well-established at this point) and he got to work immediately without further input from me. 2 hours later the work was totally complete. There was no mess as Kevin did all the cleanup that was necessary, and everything worked perfectly. Kevin showed me that the outlet was working appropriately with his voltmeter and explained everything he'd done. He wrote me up a short invoice and I handed him a check for the agreed upon amount. It was the easiest service transaction I've ever done. I wholeheartedly recommend O'Connor Electric - if I have any further electrical needs in the future, I will definitely be contacting him this company first.

Kevin came out promptly and completed the work in less than 30 minutes. Very happy that I don't have to manually turn lights on and off every day.

Mr O'Connor arrived within an hour. He checked each outlet to verify the problem was isolated to the living room. Opened the electrical panel to check the breaker. Discovered the breaker was bad and replaced it. He then rechecked the outlets to verify everything was working. He explained circuit breakers rarely fail and made sure there were no other electrical issues. I felt he was very knowledgeable and efficient. Took him about 1/2 hour to diagnose and fix the problem.

Kevin was knowledgeable and had the right parts available in his truck. He upgraded the parts when appropriate and was reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

There was an issue about the door bell wiring, was fixed in not time

Kevin came by within a couple of hours to first look at it and provide a price quote. And, then he was at the house at 7:45 AM the next morning to do the work. Switch was placed in a built-in bookcase and looks great.

Kevin was great! I placed a call to him and he not only came over promptly to give me a quote, he finished the job the same day. He was prompt, courteous, helpful and cleaned up after his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Kevin O'Connor arrived ahead of schedule and opened up the electrical panel. Told me right off that the other electrician was completely wrong and the bus bar did not need replacement. He fixed what turned out to be a minor problem in the box and installed a new breaker to get my A/C working. He saved me a lot of aggravation if I had gone with the first electrician. I would hire Kevin again in a heartbeat. In fact, I'm going to because I need a fixture hung.

Excellent service, Kevin came out within an hour on the weekend and diagnosed the problem replacing switches and breaker including power supply to landscape lighting.
