Description of Work: We had to move more quickly than Kevin was able to, but we found him to be very professional and will definitely call him if we need home electrical work done in the future.

Description of Work: He was able to locate the short very quickly and replaced a defective GFI. The best part was that he explained everything as he was doing it.

Description of Work: We had a master bathroom ceiling fan / heating unit that hadn't worked for almost a year. Kevin analyzed the problem and suggested an alternative fix that resolved the problem and got the unit fully operational again. He was personable, professional, and did a great job. We will call him again, if we need help with anything electrical in the house.

Description of Work: I contacted the company via phone. I received a return call setup a time for the tech to come out, which was the very next day. The tech trouble shooted and found the problem which resulted in the problem being fixed with no additional expenses. This is a very good company.

Description of Work: I called this company on Sunday as it advertised 24/7 emergency service. They did not call me back so I called them on Monday morning. As of today, almost a week later, I still have not had a return call.

Description of Work: Kevin responded at very short notice, and came out on a sunday morning. Problem was that GFI breaker was blowing, on Hot Tub. The wiring had been previously installed by a 'cowboy' electrician, and Kevin pointed out the incorrect installation procedures, such as wrong gauge wire, incorrect conduit used, neutral wire connected to ground wire for an extra outlet. Also, the cowboy used no connectors, but just twisted wires together. Eventual issue turned out to be a short in the Heater element, and Kevin explained exactly how to swap it out, and offered to come check the replacement, if necessary.
