The Window bars and door are secured by bolts drilled into the concrete. Instead of removing them with a socket, they used a sawzall and cut the security gate off. Then I'm told, "No problem, I'll just tack weld it back on and you can repaint it." Since then, I had two separate contractors attempt to put it back up. Guess what? It won't go back up. I had to send the entire 12 ft. security gate to Ironworks to get new sleeves fabricated and then welded back on at a cost of several hundred dollars to repair. BTW, I'm still waiting on a receipt from the original work i had them do.

Fantastic! From the time I called and "Dave" said "small jobs are our bread and butter" to the completion of Louis' work everything was top notch all the way! Everyone I dealt with was courteous and knew the meaning of customer service! I was treated like their only customer and they made sure the job was done right. I like the idea of the written estimate before they do the job, so you know what is expected. Seemed like a lot of paperwork at first, but it makes very clear what will be done and a great checklist for completed tasks.
