Description of Work: They did remove a virus and then sold me a Malware service - wanted to sell me a new hard drive. My feeling was that the $39. tune-up was a way to sell more product. The people were very nice and helpful. They certainly did not misrepresent in any way - but they are located across town from me and I feel I could find someone closer to where I live which is why I would not use them again.

Description of Work: I feel that they are way overpriced, his quote was to high per hour and the way it was approached it would have been way to many hours.. I showed my displeasure with this and to their credit he did not charge me and left. |I contacted another company the job was done at 1/4 of the estimated cost.
