Mark was recommended by my co-worker who was happy with Mark service and price. I called Mark on 4/3/14, Thursday and he said he is flying out of town that weekend, so he cannot meet. So we scheduled to meet at my house on 4/12/14 @1 pm. He took down my phone number and address. Comes the date of the appointment, I came home from errands early to wait for Mark but he did not show up. I called his number and he did not answer. I left a call back number and he did not call back. He did a no show just like most of contractors in this town. This is a complete disrespect of my time. I am furious.

It was a pretty fast process after we accepted the bid. They showed up when they said they would and did the work. My husband inspected it and noticed some things that were not done right so asked them to come back out and repair them. They did repair them and then had to them come back out a second time because it still was not right. They did come back out and eventually it was done right.

I live in an older home. NV Energy had cut the power to my house due to cracked wire. They recommended Nu-Lite Solutions for the repair. Mark came to my house at 5am to look over the electrical. He had returned at 10am with all the material and permit for the job. We were in kind of a hurry because I had my sister in the house that is on an oxygen machine. Mark understood the situation and worked very hard to get the job done. The inspector come to my house at 3pm and gave us our inspection. NV Energy came back early the same evening and we had power again. If it wasn't for the prompt and professional service of Nu-Lite Solutions, we would have to put my sister in a Hotel for the evening. Thank you very much Mark for going out of your way.
