I have always used NPS for all my pool supplies even though they are a bit high. They are really conveniently located for me. Today I went into the business to buy my yearly supply of Burn Out/Shock Treatment. (Note: It is called Burn Out all over the internet and numerous pool outlets. I asked for Burn Out. The sales person was new and they obviously called it something else there. He asked the person whom was training him and that person berated me and talked down to me as a customer. He said they didn't know what Burn Out was. He said that does it do. I stated that it burned out the algae from the pool. He said he didn't know what it was. (In my opinion he was either trying to impress his subordinate or just be obnoxious.) I have found the same product on the internet for 50% less with free shipping from Amazon. They will get my business from now on and I will tell everyone I know about the treatment from this business.

I don't know how it would have gone. No one ever called me back to schedule an appointment.

Their pricing is reasonable. They are very, very friendly and helpful in that store. I just like the way they treat their customers. I wanted to buy a certain pool product, a skimmer basket that they had to order for me. They order it and got it in. They were very helpful in explaining other pool motors that I could buy that would be more energy efficient. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

The pool cover lasted as long as it should have; they tend to last about a year or two years. The service they gave me in the store was good. I was pleased with them.

I have used this company for pool supplies, not service. I bought chemicals and various pool parts. The man at the smaller store in green valley area was very knowledgeable and offered to give me a discount for buying so much, but the two guys at the store near the strip knew nothing.

The technician arrived on time and was pleasant to deal with. He replaced the auto-fill valve, determined that the new module (that we had previously replaced) for the in-floor cleaning system was defective and needed to be replaced and installed a new spa actuator that was not working. He also found two other small issues that he repaired - a tiny leak in one of the pipes and a pipe inside of the filter that was not in the proper position. He was knowledgeable and dependable and we would use their services again.

The company was very professional over the phone, had my pump motor in stock for a very competitive price. It was installed by a polite gentleman who was on time, knowledgeable, and professional. The price for the parts and installation beat other bids we had received by close to 40%, and they were able to do the work right away. They do not do repairs, but if you know what parts you need, they do the installation for you.

They ran into electrical problems and I had to call an electrician. They reduced their price because of this to my satisfaction.

Nationwide Pool Service & Repair didn't do a very good job putting the right amount of chemicals in my pool. I was having algae problems and they kept coming with different excuses as to the reasons why. I have been using them for awhile and they are not very consistent with their attendance as they would show up one week and not show up the next.

We had a very bad experience with Nationwide and fired them. We had a new pump and filter put in a while back, and they were so negligent, that they forgot to clean it properly, so it broke. Up to that point, they were coming weekly.
