Description of Work: THE WORK WAS PERFORMED PROFESSIONALLY. THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE WAS NOT FOLLOWED AS PER CONTRACT, HALF AT BEGINNING, TOTAL AT END. THE OWNER REQUESTED WE PAY CASH DIRECTLY TO HIS SUB CONTRACTORS, WHICH PUT US IN A SHORT TERM FINANCIAL BURDEN. THE WORK WAS VERY GOOD AND WE ARE PLEASED WITH THE END RESULT

Description of Work: They did nothing and Angies list keep my money

Description of Work: Paid for $100.00 for $300.00 of concrete work. I had two estimates for the work that came in around $300.00. I thought save some money with this deal. |Contractor arrived to give me an estimate. He told me within 5 minutes that he has a $500.00 minimum for any project. I cancelled the deal because there was no mention of a minimum when I purchased this deal and there were no savings to be had.

Description of Work: Build brick mailbox

Description of Work: Not great. The provider told us on the phone that he would have be re-build entire brick wall. It was merely a one brick wide, by 5 foot high wall which had separated a few inched from the top. Nothing a quart of masonry couldn't have solved. He wanted an additional $200 on top of the $99 already paid. As well, an additional job I had him quote on , he said $500, and I had quotes from others for $175. Something wrong here...

Description of Work: missed our first appointment for an estimate. Then came measured and said he would get back to me with the estimate and I never heard from him again.

Description of Work: I called and spoke to Jesse and asked if we could make an appointment for an estimate for wall repair. Told him where I lived, gave my phone number and he said someone will call me right back. No return call, so I thought since they are highly recommended on this list, I would try them again. I called the next day and got voice mail and I left another detailed message. No response to this day!! No business from me!! Horrible service, how can they be so highly rated on Angie's List?

Description of Work: I am extremely pleased with the block wall repair work performed by Jesse Noriega and his team! I called Jesse last Saturday morning, received a very reasonable estimate Saturday afternoon they performed the repairs on Monday. I highly recommend Noriega Masonry to all Angie's List subscribers!

Description of Work: The retaining wall on the side of our house ( we live on a corner) was separating, water was leaking through from our sprinkler system in our backyard which was staining the wall and this was causing us to receive notices from our HOA to correct the situation. We were told the repair of the retaining wall, even though it was along the sidewalk, was our responsibility. We used Angie's List to contact a few masonry companies. 2 came to give an estimate and only one called back and kept in touch. That was this company - Noriega Masonry. They were right on time for the estimate, listened to the entire problem, walked through what needed to be done with us and they asked us for our preferences, opinions, etc. We talked about the cost of what needed to be done. They were wonderful. They completely worked with us. The work they did had minimal impact on our property and the property around us. They were courteous and respectful, cleaned up all messes and our wall is now structurally sound. Apparently the contractors that put in the wall when the houses around me and our house was being built did a very poor job. Noriega corrected the problems. We are very very pleased.

Description of Work: -Replaced one side of a wall separating the front yard from the back yard and the arch over the gateway. -Repaired the stucco on the side of the house.

Description of Work: Tore out old concrete garage floor, prepped and poured a new single-car garage floor.

Description of Work: Noriega Masonry tore down an old brick planter inside my home and rebuilt it, with the same bricks, in a more convenient place. The brick work was excellent. Outside they built a 12 ft high block retaining wall to make a patio that came up even with the level my house sits on. They then had to backfill it with rocks and soil. They covered it with pavers and built steps down to the lower level with block and pavers. A block wall around the patio was covered with synthetic stone. It looks beautiful. They would make suggestions to me that they felt would enhance it's looks.

Description of Work: They repaired a cinder block wall. They also stuccoed and painted it.
