Went well. Mike was pleasant to work with by phone, prompt, courteous and professional. The guys showed up when they were supposed to and did the work they were supposed to do. I would use them again but hope I won't have to.

The job was completed while I was at work and they did a good job overall. My only complaint if you could call it that was during the deep fertililzation of one of the cypress by the garage the landscape rock around the tree was covered with dirt. It would have been nice to have this cleaned up. I will have them trim my cypress in the future. The triming and shaping the trees went off without a hitch.

The palm trees can be a pain. Noble Tree Service is usually pretty prompt, they clean up good, but, they dumped some of the leaves on the neighbors property and broke some stuff, but, I don't know how well they handled that. I will continue to use them in the future if needed.

Their price was very reasonable and they did a real good clean up job. I would tell others that they do real good work at a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again.

I was happy with them. I would give them all A's.

Mitch came out on Friday, March 3 and gave us an estimate for what we needed done. We went to the nursery on Sunday and picked out the Mediterranean Fan Palm that we wanted for the front yard. Called Mitch on Monday and he set up a time for Tuesday. They picked up the palm from the nursery and were here right on time. The work was all done in great time (about 5 hours). They did a great job of cleaning everything up and hauled all the debris away. We will definately call this company again when we any kind of yard work done.

Great! They did a really good job of trimming the pine trees just enough to make them healthy and not the hack job like so many other arborists. They cleaned up after themselves so well that they even picked up piles of pine needles I had raked up the week before.

Noble Tree arrived at the appointed time, with a more than adequate staff to to completely and satisfactorily remove the extensive damage caused by a snow storm to five trees. The work crew was professional and finished the job within 45 minutes.

This company came recommended by a friend. I had used another tree service for over 10 years, but it was sold to a larger company, and I was not certain of that company's performance. I called Noble Tree Service in July 2008 to get an estimate, which was provided within a day or two. But, then I had to wait about two weeks to get on their schedule. I would not have minded that, except they did not tell me. We traded phone messages for a few days before I learned when they would come to my house. I have paid thousands to have my yard professionally landscaped, and take a lot of pride in it. When I arrived home from work after the tree trimming was completed and saw my backyard, I was sick. Mixed in among my palms are other shrubs and smaller trees. My previous tree trimmer had always taken care to protect the smaller trees surrounding the palms. Noble Tree Service did not. It was evident that they just let the palm fronds drop onto my other trees and shrubs, breaking off major branches from my other trees and my crepe myrtle. On one tree, several of the major branches in the center of the tree were missing. The crepe myrtle and one other tree had broken branches that were left dangling. The invoice was left at my house, so I attached a note to the check expressing my displeasure, and mailed it to the owner. He called within a day or two and left a message for me to call him, but what could he have done. Even getting my money back would have been meaningless, as the damage is done. The two trees are disfigured by the damage to the branches, as those areas will never fill in. I will probably end up removing these trees, which were planted 5 years ago. If you have invested money into your landscaping, I suggest you think twice about using this company.

No issues, good work. Price seemed a bit on the high side, but consistent with past regular tree trimming estimates.

Very well. We got an estimate the day after we called, and they were going to do the work the same day, but asked if they could delay it due to an emergency. We agreed, and they came a few days later as they said. Work was done quickly and professionally.

I was very pleased with Noble. They showed up right on time and did more than what was expected of them. They had a special running where you get two for the price of one. They ended up trimming the other trees for us as well. That was very nice of them. I am glad that I chose them for this job. They did really well and I am pleased.

I was totally impressed how fast this was completed. The workers were very professional. I also like the fact they cleaned up all the debris and hauled away quickly. The workers were all on time and they answered all my questions.

It was a terrible experience. They over cut trees and basically butchered them so it will be years before they are able to be shaped and trimmed to look appropriate. They arrived several hours late and only after a few phone calls did they show up at all. They had requested I sit home and wait for them on a Friday for several hours, they showed up 2 hours after the requested time frame and only showed up after my prompting them with phone calls reminding them I had waited 4 hours for them to show up. They then came with careless and thoughtless workers and proceeded to do extensive damage to my landscape lighting and bushes and pulled wires up and across the ground pulling several apart and leaving them in need of repair. They pulled bushes out from the roots as they were dragging the branches on the ground. I called to complain and the general manager proceeded to use profanity and vulgarity as his way of dealing with the issues and was completely unprofessional.

They arrived an hour earlier than scheduled. They trimmed the trees in a fast, efficient manner and cleaned up all the trimmings very satisfactorily.

Called and received a written quote of the work to be done. We made it clear what we wanted to be done and were quoted a reasonable price. However, when they came to trim the tree the price jumped $100 for the work to be done. Would highly recommend having exact work to be done written on the quote so there is no misunderstanding when the work is to be performed.

Noble Tree service did an excellent job. They arrive on time with a crew of five men, walked the project with me, made some suggestions and went to work. The job took three hours and they worked the whole time. They knew what they were doing and cleaned up everything. You could not even tell that work had been done, except of course for the fact that the trees looked so much better.

They were great. Showed up on time and walked around to verify the work to be completed. The crew was polite, worked long hours, and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend this company. The price- $2000- sounds expensive, but when you consider the amount of work they did, it was very reasonable.

I am very happy with Noble Tree Service's work. After I contacted them for an estimate they promptly came out to survey the work to be done and they were able to quickly schedule an appointment. The work was completed and everything was cleaned up. The owner called back and said they would come out and deep fertilize all the cypress trees because the foreman told him they appeared to be dry and brittle even though it looked like they were getting enough water. They offered to fertilize at no charge! The price seems reasonable for the amount of work and clean up.

The representative was very polite and on time. He came a week before to give me an estimate which is how much he charged me. The workers were very efficient, did the work in a prompt manner, and most of all cleaned up the entire mess and hauled it away. They were very careful to ask me how I wanted the trees pruned and did a good job. I would recommend this company.

They did an excellent job trimming the trees; we were very impressed with the results. All the limbs were hauled away when the job was finished. There was a large crew of men who came to our home to do the work. Everything was very professional and we are quite satisfied with our trees.
