No Demo Mold

These guys are true professionals and know what they are doing. They were fast, efficient, clean & trustworthy. I've had great success from Home Advisor for projects I've had. I own 2 rental homes in addition to ours and have been very pleased by all the referrals.

On the morning they arrived to do the mold removal I had a problem where I was unable to shut the water off in my shower. Fixed that problem in seconds. Highly recommend this company. They are affordable compared to other companies & the quality of their work is excellent.

Found out we needed a mold expert on Friday afternoon, after calling around No Demo Mold was the first live person to answer the phone. Explained every step, gave me a professional tech appt between 3-4pm. Called when running late, 2 techs arrived did inspection, ran tests indoors and out, paid by check and where on their way to get the samples to the lab. I told them I wasn't wanting to influence results,needed expediency for home inspection as house sale was pending. Decent, hard working, pros, they know their business, and highly recommended. Don't be scared call No Demo Mold!

At the beginning of the estimate, I was hesitant because out of four estimates Demo Mold was the cheapest. I went back and forth with Dustin and Chris asking questions because the competitors were charging this astronomical prices. The job was to remove mold from the wall and base that was caused by the water heater. Others wanted to tear down wall and baseboards that didn't need repair. To summarize the project my wife and I was content with the final project. Chris did a fantastic job walking me through every step, and I saw with my own eyes behind the walls to see if there was any moisture like the competitors were claiming there was. I highly recommend No Demo Mold for their honesty. Thank you, Chris.
