 + -1 moreI requested estimates from 3 other decorative concrete companies in addition to New Crete. Although their bid was not the lowest it was their professionalism and attention to detail that won me over. They were also very flexible when I had to reschedule the start date due to not receiving final approval from my HOA. Work was completed on time as stated and each day everything was cleaned up. Very pleased with the way the driveway turned out and would highly recommend them.

 + -1 moreBeing a new to the Vegas area I don't know anyone in town and I was referred to New Crete by another company. I asked the receptionist if they did repairs and staining of decorative concrete and if I could talk to someone. Without getting into too much detail I was basically on the phone asking them for help, looking to spend some money, but nobody could be troubled to take my call, ascertain my needs, see what I specifically needed, what my budget was nothing. Just a quick put me on hold, return in a few minutes later and tells me sorry call some one else. No referral, nothing. I felt like I was bothering them. Not friendly or helpful in any way. What gives? Your website says you are in the decorative concrete resurfacing business? I own a business and I would never treat a potential customer with a "I don't care" attitude. I would fire anyone that acted like a tool to a potential customer.

Description of Work: We had our garage floor coated with epoxy and our driveway and courtyard refinished with stamped concrete. The garage floor is awesome and I would recommend them without reservation. The driveway and courtyard are disappointing in that the stamped concrete has a deep enough pattern to hold water after a rain, resulting in desert dust that needs a power washer to remove. Also, the stamped concrete is slippery when wet and they had to come out and completely redo the finish to make it less so. Lastly, the stamped concrete, while beautiful is not strong enough to hold up to spinning tires and we have spots with rubber burned into the finish. Overall, I would say that this is a good company but they sold us the wrong finish.
