carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreThe company office called me 30 min prior to appointment time to say there was a very slight chance of rain and did I want to continue. When I said yes he seemed hesitant to send his crew due to weather but said it was my call. I insisted we continue. The appointment was for 9 AM and they arrived at 20 minutes after nine. I started to speak to the man who interruped by saying "just tell me what you want done". When they went to leave I pointed out an interior window that was still dirty and he said no, he was done. I tried to write a check for what they did do and he said they would only mail a bill. It didn't rain.
Description of Work: cleaned all outside and some inside windows

+ 0 moreThey are very professional. The same guy comes out each time, so we've gotten to know him. He is very friendly and thorough. He is pleasant to work with.
Description of Work: We have used them many times for carpet and window cleaning. On the last visit, they cleaned all of the windows in the house and the carpet.

+ 2 moreI had originally called them for a carpet cleaning only. They upsold me on the window cleaning when they arrived. While they did do a great job on it, I'm not entirely sure about the price. The work was done quickly. While one guy was doing carpets, the other was doing windows. They took the couches out to the driveway to clean them to avoid making a mess of my wood floor.
Description of Work: Steam cleaned 1 couch, 1 love seat, 1 chaise lounge, and carpets in 2 bedrooms. Cleaned all windows inside and out and power washed all screens (10 windows plus sliding glass door in single story house).
