The good: Customer service rep: The person helping me was very nice and responded to emails in a timely manner. The nanny: She was very nice and polite. The bad: Over sold their services: I was asked the age of my baby, which was 6 weeks old. I was informed that the nanny they were sending was a "newborn specialist". The nanny that came to take care of my baby was very nice. However, she was far from a newborn specialist. I am ok if they don't send a specialist, but I do need honesty when it comes to the nanny's experience. I would have had a different set of expectations and know to explain things more in detail for the safety of my baby.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - While our nanny was top notch, this organization repeatedly lied to both our family and the nanny on multiple occasions. They attempted everything from trying to renegotiate the placement fee at the last minute to lying about the hourly rate to be paid - to both us and the nanny. Their customer service is about the worst I have ever experienced and I believe that they mistreat the well intentioned nannies using their service. Again, DO NOT USE THIS ORGANIZATION!

When we first reached out to this company we thought it would be professional. But as issues started to arise with the house cleaner and the nanny-the company was not willing to accommodate. They said we missed the window of replacement and we needed to have brought this to their attention sooner. Understand, we have a business on the strip and we were not always home to see what really was going. It wasn't until two months into our nanny is when we noticed issues here and there. When I circled with the company they said if I paid more money they could help find a replacement since we were past our replacement window. But I thought they would really try and help without having to pay another fee since it was there employee and recommendation. I also already paid almost 3,000 for there service and was not about to pay another lump some. I asked them why they think this is a good way of doing business? And they said-well if we accommodated everybody that wasn't happy then we wouldn't need a contract. I even tried to renegotiate the contract to find a solution if I was going to pay another lump some. When the owner said NO, I realized they are not for the best interest of any family and only for family's that open their wallets. I was left with a bad impression of their services and will NEVER use them again!

They sold me a "package" where I could go through, and try out up to THREE maids, until I found one I was happy with. I told them specifically what I was looking for; an Eastern European woman with a very high work ethic. The first person they set me up with was outstanding. She was from Ukraine, extremely experienced and professional at housekeeping, good English skills, was willing to wash windows, ceiling fans, and organize my closets. She worked for me for only TWO DAYS until she announced she was moving out of state. I was stuck starting over from the beginning. I contacted the agency to start looking for another replacement. They were unable to connect me with an Eastern European worker, but convinced me to take an Asian woman, who had "all sorts of virtues." I agreed to take her. She came and worked for me for ONE DAY. The quality of her performance was sub-standard. The next week she was supposed to come, she never showed up because she DIDN'T HAVE A RIDE. I called the agency to tell them that the new maid is not working out. By that time, I had "shot down" two of the three prospects that I paid for. I made a third attempt to find another maid, but as I interviewed, I could not find anyone I was comfortable bringing into my home. I decided to GIVE UP on the whole experience, even though I didn't get my "money's worth" of the package. I was left with a very UNPROFESSIONAL impression with their services. I would never recommend them.
