+ -1 moreThe service was next day, at a specific time (7:30 AM - not a 4-hour window - although they were 20 minutes late - but they called ahead to let me know), and done promptly and professionally.I had tried to replace the cartridge myself but ended up marring the finish of the existing faucet, which prompted the service call. According to My Guys it is often the case that faucets need replacing due to being unable to access the cartridge area. They also replaced the valves underneath the sink and adjusted the cabinet (it was crooked).
Description of Work: Replaced the kitchen faucet with one that I had bought from Amazon.

+ 0 moreWater Heaters always seem to give out during the night hours, on the weekend, or on Holidays. On Christmas evening, our water heater was good enough to let us know it wasn't going to last much longer. My husband called My Guys Plumbing, left a message and was given a call back early the next morning with an arrival time. My Guys Plumbing called me to let me know they were on their way - AND THEY WERE HERE EARLY!!! I've never had a plumber arrive early. They were professional, quick, and courteous. Answered all my questions, did the work quickly and did an excellent job of cleaning up. I thought the price was quite fair for the work done. I've never had a water heater replaced with such ease on my part - one phone call - and I have a new water heater!!! Excellent workers, and professionalism. HIRE MY GUYS PLUMBING!!!!
