The install went very well.

The office was able to provide me with a late appointment due to my work hours. The technician was on-time and very professional. He provided me with estimates for three different jobs. The estimates were high compared to what I would have expected. I did authorize the work on one job, moving a light switch from outside to inside. He did not have the correct parts in the truck and informed me that if I purchased the products, it would be a lot cheaper (it cost me $14.00 at a local home improvement store, where as though the company it would have cost me $60.00). While he was working on moving the electrical, I went to the store and purchased the light switches and panel. I have my neighbor watch my house since I did not know him and left him there alone. My neighbor said that he was constantly working on the light. He kept asking how I would like the switches to be (as it is a stacked switch and a decorator switch next to each other). He cleaned and vacuumed the entire area, including the baseboards before he left. He left the area cleaner than before he started working.

Contractor arrived on time and did all work and cleanup within a few hours. Price was reasonable for a few hours worth of work, and the contractor worked hard to meet our request to do the job ASAP. Work was done in a very professional and careful manner, and the new exhaust fan works great.

We think they did an excellent job because this is something that we definitely never would have been able to do. They were friendly and on time and made sure to answer all of our questions. I would recommend them to anyone.

The person would not give a quote on the phone. I told her it was a ceiling fan to be installed on a 9 foot ceiling in new construction when it is pre-wired for a fan. She wanted to send a guy out to see it to quote. I told her to just read me from her price list for this job and she got huffy and hung up on me.

Adam told us they would be at our home Thursday March 1st before 10 AM. At about 8:30 AM they showed up and completed the job to our satisfaction. In the evening we realized that one of the front motion detector lights did not work. We called on Friday and they came right out and fixed it. They gave us a 10% Senior discount and a one year warranty on parts and labor. We were very satisfied.

Very courteous and professional technician. Arrival time was later than expected but not by much. Identified issue on patio quickly, with minimal troubleshooting required. Connected the necessary wiring and established electric to all electrical boxes. My only issue was the price. They only have one diagnostic price no matter the time required to troubleshoot. Our problem was very simple and as such did not warrant the rate they charged for diagnostics. Other than that, they performed their work professionally.

They were very polite and respectful of my time. I liked that they are the electrician Home Depot uses. He explained everything I needed to buy and what was needed. His bid was a little high at $1116.65. We were referred to Don ''Skeeter'' Fisher who did the work for a 1/4 of the price. I had actually found Mr. Fisher after Mr Electric didn't return my call to schedule the work.

Mr. Electric did a very good job on our lights. I thought the workers were very polite and cleaned up their mess when they were finished. I did not have any extra holes in my house and I have not had any problems with the lights since they installed them.

Mr. Electric did a very good job on our electrical. The men that came out were very clean and neat in appearance. They were also very polite and respectful of my home and also of us. They didn't mess around. They did the job and left. We have not had any problems with the work they did. I am not really sure what the price was.

Mr. Electric is an unbelievable company. I loved the guys. They were here all day and we talked the entire time. We have not had any kind of problems with their work and everything is in working order. We felt that this guy was very experienced.
