Lorenzo was professional, on time, did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. He cares about the quality of his work, used corner guards to protect the walls and pretreated all stains. The light colored carpeting in our two bedroom home looks great! Our 25-year-old upholstered dining room chairs came out looking new. The price was very fair. We have already recommended him to our friends and family.

Job was done thoroughly and professionally. I was very satisfied. Mr. Molina did the work himself with no help so no large furniture was moved, just chairs and small tables. Moving of larger furniture was not needed this time but I will keep that in mind for future jobs.

It was great!!! He black lighted the carpet to see exactly where the stains were. He then treated the carpet and cleaned it. There is no scent of urine anywhere!!!! He did a super good job!!!

Mr. Molina contacted me promptly after I sent in a request for a quote. I was able to book an appointment immediately and at my earliest convenience. He gave me an estimate of how long it would take and the cost was very reasonable since I was only having one room cleaned. I wish I had taken before and after pictures! I called Lorenzo Molina because he was high rated on Angie's List. He was able to fit me into his schedule on a timely basis. He told me he would be at my door between 8:30 and 9:00 and he was right on time. He had partially quoted me over the phone, but said he needed to see the living room and dining room when he got there. He told me it would be no more than a certain amount (and it ended up LOWER!). He was there about 3 hours and did an EXCELLENT job. He got out stains I thought would be there forever. I'm so excited with how my carpets look. He also told me I had high quality carpet, which made me even happier. He also steam cleaned my rugs. I will use him every 6 months to keep my carpet in tip top shape! I cannot say enough good about him. You will be very happy with his service. He takes pride in his work, and it shows.

We had floors that needed a good cleaning. I hired Lorenzo because he seemed to know how to clean the saltillo tiles and grout. I had hired someone previously who did a poor job, even scraped the tiles that I had to stain later. But Lorenzo did a great job. He was helpful and didn't leave until he knew I was satisfied with all my tiles. I would recommend him to others and I plan to hire him again next year to keep my floors clean and shiny.

Great service and attention to detail.

We hired Mr Molina for the 4th time as my daughter was moving from her rental. He did a fabulous job taking several hours and special treatments to get stains out. He is a very nice and friendly Christian man.
