Description of Work: Supposed to scrub tile and grout and seal both. Insisted that i didn't need sealing, so he didn't seal the tile. i think he was having a bad day.

Description of Work: The owner of Molina's Carpet Cleaning service came to our home, inspected the tile in our home and made the recommendation that we not have the grout cleaning and sealing done because he was concerned that his equipment would damage our tile. We were impressed with his integrity and went with his recommendation.

Description of Work: Two workers arrived 3 hours early without calling. We were not ready. They helped to move some of our furniture to prepare for cleaning. I was told it would take 2-4 hours for carpet to dry. It took 24 hours. Used too much liquid. After carpet was dry it was very difficult to vacuum, it took two arms with a lot push. Apparently put in a wrong solution. Came out a week later and applied a neutralizer so can now vacuum as usual.
