Description of Work: The carpet was thoroughly cleaned. He did a very good job. My only complaint was that he was supposed to have arrived at 9:00 am, but didn't. |I called and was told that the carpet machine had broken down. A call would have been appreciated. Once he arrived, he did a very good job.

Description of Work: Mr. Molina cleaned my carpet, but there were a few streaks left--my carpet is white and everything shows on it so a bit harder to clean--he was so nice about coming back to redo it and it was beautiful. He was a very pleasant person did a great job and I would use again.
