Description of Work: Very professional, arrived early and completed job sooner than I expected. Took about 1 hour(+) to do 2 rooms and stairs. Used pre-treatment for heavy traffic areas. Carpets look great.

Description of Work: I hired them to clean and resell my two marble and granite showers. They told me their equipment won't do showers, only floors. They promptly refunded my money. |I thanked them for their honesty.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's list coupon for tile & grout cleaning and sealing. Molina's came on time and after inspecting the white tile and (formerly) white grout, Lorenzo told me that the grout had been sealed previously and would need at least two thorough cleanings before it should be sealed. Otherwise, sealing would seal in the dirt. Made perfect sense to me! He and his assistant did a great job cleaning our kitchen, 2 baths and front foyer tile and grout. I plan to have them back again in 6 months to perform the same service. I could really see the difference in the grout color. Wish I could just take up all the awful white tile, but can't afford that right now, so I will count on Molina's to help me get it to look clean again! |p.s I hate to be sexist, but the white tile and grout had to have been selected by a man! No woman in her right mind would have picked that out!

Description of Work: Cleaned area of tile defined in offer, but didn't recommend sealing this time. Did not clean additional tile to make up for the lack of sealing or reduce the price. Said they'd seal the next time we had them out, which just meant they'd get paid for another visit. Have not called them back.
