I never had my tile, which was installed about 10 years ago, professionally clean and I'm not a diligent housekeeper. The tile and grout in my kitchen were in bad shape so I bought the $79 Big Deal which offered to clean 10 square feet. Lorenzo arrived 15 minute early (impressive) and explained what to expect from the finished work, including what that the grout would still have some discoloration in spots. The shower stall was a custom travertine with a pebble base. The cleaning left the tile much cleaner but there was still soap scum in some areas of the pebbled floor that remained, which likely require some serious "on hands and knees scrubbing" that will need to be done by me sometime during my lifetime. Still, the overall cleanliness was greatly improved. Lorenzo worked for over two hours and I voluntarily paid him more than the $79 deal for his good work.

Mr. Molina did a wonderful job. Carpets were cleaned throughout my home. This was the best carpet cleaning I've ever had---looks fantastic. I highly recommend these services.

Mr. Molina showed up on time, 1:00pm as agreed and called in advance as I requested to get directions to my home. Mr. Molina did such a superior job of deep cleaning my wall to wall rugs that my whole house became brighter. His services rate a triple AAA!!! I will definitely call this company in the future as this is absolutely the very best carpet cleaners I ever hired. I will also recommend his services to family and friends!

Mr. Molina did an excellent job in cleaning my carpets. He arrived on time, had a professional demeanor, and was also very friendly. He was able to remove some tough pet stains and my carpet looks like new! I will call Molina's for all of my future carpet cleaning needs.

He arrived promptly at 9 am and had the job finished in good time. There were no problems or up charges. Everything went smoothly. The carpets looked great and the house smelled good with no overpowering perfumes or chemicals. The floors were dry by dinner time.

The tile in our recently purchased house had years of dirt and grime built up on the grout. Lorenzo and his son did a great job of cleaning it. They were on time, helpful, and knowledgeable. When asked, Lorenzo offered useful advice on keeping the floor clean. I appreciated their professionalism and would use them again.

Lorenzo did a great job cleaning my carpets. He was prompt and thorough. Had a slight issue with his equipment but promised to come back and finish a spare area rug for me. I would definitely use him again!

Coupon from Angies list stated cleaning of carpet or cleaning of 350ft of tile ,grout and sealing of grout . When company showed up at residence they said grout sealing wasn't included. Molina cleaned additional tile & grout in hallway & two bathrooms for discounted rate. The cleaning in additional rooms was hurried and not very efficient. Molina employees were very nice but there was a language barrier.

I have had quite a few different companies clean my rugs but Molina's was by far the best. Mr Molina was prompt, polite and explained everything he was going to do. He was friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Molina's Carpet cleaning service and would definitely call them again and will tell my friends about them.

They were very prompt and very prepared (we were worried about no hose hook up)! The person came in and was very professional as to telling us what he would clean for rooms, how he would clean carpets, and even included cleaning small carpet areas in bathrooms. It took about an hour and the carpets were beautiful when done. We left for two hours and came back and the carpets were dry ( a first for us as the company we had previously used for 17 years, took two days for their cleaning to dry)! We loved how clean the carpets were, how prompt they were in arriving and lastly, how professional they were!

The carpet had many deep stains. They evaluated the carpet, moved the furniture that needed to be moved. They worked very hard to make the carpet look new. We appreciate their hard work.
