Molina's Carpet Cleaning

Lorenzo showed up on time for his appointment. He gave me an estimate for the extra rooms/areas in my house, besides what I paid for on Angie's List, before he started. He pretreated the areas that needed them, and worked really hard the whole time he was at my house. He showed me how the carpet looked after he cleaned them, and asked if they were to my satisfaction. He cleaned up after himself, and my carpet is clean! A very pleasant and professional man. He was by himself, and I could tell he takes pride in what he does and cares about his customers. No wonder he got a "A" on Angie's List.

It was great. It was fine. They did a good job. He called within a couple of days and set up the appointment. I think of the fact that what stood out is he was always supposed to do so much and I have quite a bit more tile downstairs and I was just going to leave off a piece which was like a little bit of a hallway and I said, "Let's not do that because I know that's probably too much. So, a few in the kitchen and then a little part of another hallway coming in, and what stood out was the fact that he was like, "Hey don't worry about it, we'll just add that part to it". So, he did that little part of the hallway too and I appreciated that. I would probably say that they're reliable which is not very easy to find in Vegas. I've not had the best of luck with quite a few of the people, believe it or not, on Angie's List. So, he was one of the ones I just thought like he called, he followed through, he did a really decent job, and the tile was great.

Lorenzo and his son Eddie arrived on time and after introductions and review of my expectations, they got right to work. Initial processes involved manual scrubbing followed by use of a large electric orbital scrubber. They pulled out appliances to reach areas underneath, as requested. The final step involved use of a stick containing sealer running the bottom disc carefully over all grout lines. The entire job took about an hour to complete and I'm very satisfied with the results. Both men were very competent and clearly proud of doing a very good job, which I greatly appreciate. I secured an estimate on future carpet cleaning method and cost (which was very reasonable) before they left. Lorenzo's business, Molina's Carpet Cleaning, is obviously a family owned and run business that I suspect is quite successful, given the care they took to insure customer satisfaction. I recommend their services to other Angie's List members.

Lorenzo did an excellent job steam cleaning the carpet and also took care of soiled/stained heavy traffic areas. He was very professional and courteous.

In December 2014, I purchased a Big Deal for Molina's Carpet Cleaning services. Using Angie's List My Messages e-mail system an agreed upon date and time was established. On January 6, 2015, 20 minutes before the agreed upon time of 9:00 a.m., Lorenzo arrived. He made an initial walk through to see what need to be done. He started immediately and was finished in less than two hours. Even our old rug looked great when he was done. The job he did was superb, the best we ever had. I will not hesitate to use him again, and I would highly recommend others to use him.

Molina's did an outstanding job. We are having them come do the remainder of our house this weekend. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs tile, grout or carpet cleaned. Very professional, called the day before to confirm appointment and arrived on time for scheduled appointment.

Lorenzo did a great job, very professional, actually used corner protectors to avoid damage.

It went as expected. They showed up on time and cleaned the grout in my kitchen. They did a good job in general. I'm not disappointed in their work, but i do think I'm going to get rid of all my tile.

The owner preformed the work. He arrived a few minutes early. He is very friendly! Mr Molina took his time to ensure the job was done right he did not rush. He cleaned up after he was done and the job turned out very nice!! I had priced the work and his price was very reasonable!! I will use him again!!

He did a GOOD job. I was pleased with the job he did. My carpet is cleaner than the results of other carpet cleaners I have used. I have signed up with him to do my carpet in March of 2015.

They were very nice and professional but they were not able to do the work that I am needing done.

Excellent. Since I was impressed by his work, I asked about bad stains on my carpets from pet and grounded-in dirt. With my approval, he cleaned all the carpeting on my ground floor. I was truly amazed by the results. Previous cleaners could not remove the stains, but Molina did. No stains, no odors! It's like I have new carpeting. I will be scheduling a return visit to do the upstairs carpet and upholstered furniture. He is now my "go to" guy for floor and furniture cleaning.

Molina tech arrived 10 minutes before appointed time and introduced himself and look at the carpet. I had three extra rooms and he gave a very resonalbe price for them. I was very impressed on the price and the finish product. The carpet dried very fast which I was glad because I had out of towners arriving the next morning. He was very fast and I was suprised on how fast he finished. I will call him again for my next cleaning.

He made sure we were totally satisfied with his work both during and after the job was done. He was willing to move small furniture.......He had three different levels of cleaning. Heavy duty vacuum and loose dirt and a lot of dog hair. He then did the deep cleaning with solution and steam, then he applied deoderizer and stain protection........the carpet was dry in a couple of hours and my house smells delightful.......He made my carpet look brand new again. He worked alone and it took him 2 1/2 hours to do a 4-bdroom house. Excellent job. This was a "special" Angies List and well worth the price.
