Molina's Carpet Cleaning

Mr. Molina contacted me after I purchased the deal and scheduled the service. He kept in touch with me to verify and update me on the schedule. He arrived on time and is a very friendly person. He got right to work and did an excellent job of cleaning my carpet, which hadn't been cleaned in over a year. It now looks brand new and I will certainly use him again. I plan to have him be "my guy" for carpet cleaning, as I like doing business with family owned businesses. Highly recommended!

I was shocked at how dirty the grout actually was. You would think when you steam clean tile that it gets it clean, but I just found out it doesn't. They did an excellent job using non-abrasive cleaner. The tile and grout are both clean and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Service person extremely courteous and conscientious. Made the appt. and even called the day before to move up the cleaning if I wanted. Was there percisely at the time given. Did a great job and will definitely use him in the future.

There were multiple phone conversation back and forth but could never get a date set for service. When we finally set up an appointment we decided to cancel due to my wife having an ill feeling of the amount of time it took for us to finally get a set date in the first palce. I also had to keep calling him back instead of him calling me.

He did a wonderful job. The tile hadn't been cleaned in quite awhile and it was pretty dirty. It looked better than ever, really clean. Best of all he has a great personality, it was a pleasure having him in our home.

They cleaned my grout better than it was ever done before. My tile looks like new and because the price was so good I am having them come back every six months. I will never let my tile go dirty again!

It wented well, the provider explained the process of cleaning tile and grout. He was able to complete the job exactly as explained.

Lorenzo Molina was amazing. We called him Friday and he came right out. We decided to have him clean the office carpets on Saturday at 4:00 pm. He did such a good job with the offices, I had him clean the carpets in the entire office building. I wish we had found him 10 years ago.

Mr. Molina arrived on time and is is a very pleasant individual. He inspected and then told us his approach beginning with the master bedroom and then throughout the rest of our home. He cleaned thoroughly and then applied spot cleaner to those areas that were more deeply stained. Our carpet is 18 years old and it looks like new. He gave us tips on using sliders under the family room furniture to keep the carpet in tact. He advised us that we should clean it twice per year and we will definitely use him again. Some contractors do not communicate well but he knows his business and is willing to share his tips with you. We have had problems with some carpet cleaning companies going out of business by the next time we called. Mr. Molina does all of the work himself and does such a great job, that we feel he will be there when we need him the next time.

Lorenzo is really nice, and we were lucky his son was there quoting. ;D Our carpet was new when we moved in three years ago, and it was very cheap. Like.. we would p**** our toes on carpet tacks on the stairs and in the closets. But it looked fine, just pressed down unless we vacuumed, and wasn't dirty because we never wore shoes on it. There was gum in two spots. Lorenzo got the gum out after I pointed it out to him. I'm not sure if this is true for all carpet, but the method they used on this cheap stuff was definitely too h****** it. It looked wonderful as it was drying, but now, two weeks later, it looks old and matted. And I noticed a spot where they had accidentally raked up a piece of carpet on the seam in the hallway, so there's a three inch wide hole. There are a couple of other spots on the edges that I'm not sure, but think they weren't showing the carpet mesh before. I'm sure it was just a matter of time before it wore thin enough to come away on its own, but this cleaning definitely aged our cheap carpet a few years prematurely. The spinning brush and the carpet rake just unwound the already thin threads. So... if you have really cheap carpet... you might want to get a place with more gentle equipment. That said, Molina's are hard-working, professional, so sweet, and charge a fair price. If you have better carpet, it would withstand the cleaning better. We want them to come to our tile and grout. :)

Floor has never looked this good. Lorenzo took care not to damage my cabinents or adjoning hardwood floors. He scrubbed the grout separately and spent a long time doing do.Lorenzo was prompt, courteous, professional, and really good at his job.

When I signed up for a special deal through Angie's list, Molina's called me to set an appointment within 24 hours. Unfortunately, he had an emergency and we had to re-schedule to an appointment day convenient to both of us. On the re-scheduled day he came promptly, explained in detail what he was going to do, set about his work diligently, and when finished, asked me to inspect what he had done to make sure it met with my satisfaction. Lorenzo was prompt, hard-working, professional, courteous, and friendly. I kept his card so that I can call him again in the future for both tile and carpet cleaning.

It went very well. He unloaded the equipment quickly and used my hose as a water source for the machine. The equipment was clean and did not look like it was old. It took him about 2 hours to complete the job and when it was done we inspected his work together and it looked great.

Lorenzo arrived on time and with a great attitude. This guy works HARD and made our carpets look great. Had it all done in a timely manner and is a true pro. Will use Molina's again in the future. Very friendly and assisted in a referral for another vendor we needed who turned out great as well. See you again soon.

He did a fabulous job in less than 2 hours. We had already prepared all rooms so he didn't need to move furniture. He got rid of old urine stains we didn't know we had until we moved some furniture even! And he was able to come on a Saturday.

I didn't request for them to fill the grout because I believe that was an extra charge. The gentleman was very polite and very professional.

Lorenzo did a great job, our carpet looks brand new again! I will be recommending him to everyone I know!

I was happy. They were on time and very nice. We scheduled it a week later. There were no extra charges. They were very courteous and conscientious. We had them upstairs and they didn't leave marks on the wall. It looked great when it was done. I had expected there were extra charges but there weren't. It was a father and son. They were fine.

Lorenzo did a great job, our carpets were very dirty and had several stains due to makeup and spills. He cleaned all of the carpet and it looks like new! Also, he was very responsive and professional when we had to change our date of service. I highly recommend Molina and Lorenzo!
