Molina's Carpet Cleaning

It was fine. The guy was great. They did a lot more because that was 300 square feet so I paid more.

He called when he said he would and arrived at the job at the time indicated. Did a great job. Carpets looks great.

Mr. Molina did a good job. He was actually early for his appointment, but called to confirm that was acceptable. On looking through the house he explained the limitations of his service -- specifically that he would be unable to get the grout completely clean because it had been sealed, but he would do the best he could. He worked hard, and efficiently and did a good job.

Mr. Molina was great. Tile floors hadn't been professionally cleaned in several years and when he was done, they looked like new again! Excellent work, very friendly, very knowledgeable. I would definitely use this company again.

Did not have a chance to use his services however if I was not moving out of area I would certainly hire him again.

Spent about 2 hours and clean the living room, game room and all the rooms upstairs including the upstairs he took his time cleaning all the spots on the carpet.

Did an excellent job. Did a great job on the stairway which was very dirty. Very professional job.

Lorenzo was on time and cleaned the kitchen, den and bathroom. Unfortunately, his machine broke prior to his completing the work. The floors were cleaned, and the tile grout looked very good in places. It could have been cleaned a bit better in certain other places, but considering his machine broke and he was all alone, he did a good job. He cleaned the tile in the bathroom without his machine. I will use his company again.

Mr. Molina was on time and very professional. He explained what he was going to do and the possible results. He id the job in a reasonable amount of time. ALL the tiles were cleaned to perfection. DEFINITELY would use him again and recommend his services.

It went very well. He was efficient and he did an outstanding job. He showed up a little early, which was nice. He completed the job in a timely manner. His attitude was very positive and happy. I will hire him again!

He was very nice and professional. He used chemicals, a rotary machine, and a vacuum system. He warned me that since the grout had been sealed in the past, some stain would not be removable. He was able to lighten the stains by about one half. I tested an area after he left, using a scrub brush and ajax, and was unable to make any improvement, so I believe he did all that was possible. I am a satisfied customer.

They were one time, courteous and did a great job. I will continue to use them when I need too.

Went great!!! I would definitely use this provider again. The work turned out great, easy to work with, and very friendly. He even let me borrow a Phillips screwdriver because I didn't have one. And I really appreciated him squeezing me in his schedule because I was in a time crunch. FYI... stairs are NOT included in the $99 deal.

He called to say he was ahead of schedule and asked if that was ok. He was honest in saying that the carpet was pretty bad and that he would try his best. Five rooms, a hall and stairs all for 200, no hidden cost. And he did an amazing job, the carpet came out great! I would definitely use them again and recommend them

My carpets look great. Especially the stairs. Lorenzo was very thorough and spent quite a bit of time here. He needed to come back the next day as the carpets felt "crunchy" . Better now. Very kind man and I would not hesitate to use his services again.

Once we got a communication problem settled, I was not familiar with messaging through this website, I was able to arrange a service date. The service was provided earlier than the setup time which was fine and the work done was great, completed in a little over an hour. Our floor tile and grout look brand new again. Would definitely use this service again in the future.

Lorenzo Molina was FABULOUS!!! We cannot say enough about his service and professionalism. We were moving and needed to find a reputable carpet cleaner quickly because the first carpet cleaner we had originally hired turned out to be a scam artist... so we told him to take a hike, but were left to clean up a pretty big mess without assistance. So, at 9 PM on a Wednesday night, I was madly searching Angie's list and writing to a few carpet cleaners to hopefully find someone who could assist within a 48 hr turnaround. As soon as I hit the send button on my laptop, my phone rang and it was Lorenzo Molina responding to my email! (Literally... he called within 60 seconds) I discussed our needs and concerns and he not only assisted quickly, but made us feel comfortable about his step by step process and had much better rates than most. He was able to clean our carpets within our time frame and also did an incredible job on the carpets themselves. (Especially since they really needed a lot of TLC) Lorenzo really came to our rescue in more ways than one. We will have him back on an annual basis and would highly recommend him to anyone.

I waited over a week for me carpet to get cleaned. I did all the contacting and continual calls. Mr Molina is very nice and arrived promptly. My carpets were just cleaned and aren't anywhere close to how clean they were after Chen Dry did them in the past. He said he would be done at 2:30 and would need to come back to clean my tile and grout. I am out of town so I had someone at the house for me. Mr Molina's said he finished at 1:00pm and the tile looks dirty and the grout is exxactly as it was before. I would not use this cleaning service again. My house is supposed to have an Open House all weekend and professional pictures are being taken tomorrow; all to the disappointment of carpet that isn't to my satisfaction and the cleaners did better on my tile than he did with a machine. He left it all spotted and worse than when the cleaners cleaned it.

Mr. Molina, owner and operator, arrived exactly on time and quickly got to work. Our carpets are 23 years old and get a great deal of use from grandchildren visiting as well as other house guests. Mr. Molina was magic. My carpets are beautiful as well as the much used stairs look awesome. My area carpets are wool and he knew exactly the right cleaning solution to use bringing them back to life. I am amazed at how fast he completed the job. Several days later the carpets still look like new and I couldn't be happier. I have already booked Mr. Molina for another carpet cleaning in the fall. Like most folks these days, we are very cautious about who comes into our home to do work and immediately we felt very comfortable with Mr. Molina in our home. Thanks Angie! We depend on you!
