Molina's Carpet Cleaning

Mr. Molina cares like he's working on his own home. He goes the extra mile to clean and make sure you're satisfied.

Lorenzo did an excellent job. The tile floor and grout had never been professionally cleaned and was in very bad shape. Lorenzo used a special spray to start the cleaning process, then an electric rotating scrub brush and then a high pressure steam cleaner. He used a hand scrub brush to further clean the grout. The results were amazing! The tile looks new again and the grout went from near black to almost white. The tile had never been sealed and I chose not to seal it now, as cleaning is easier when not sealed. I am more than happy with the results and the time and attention Lorenzo put into this job. I definitely recommend using his company.

I cancelled this service a/c they were booked up for two weeks. I could not wait that long a/c putting my home on market.

The owner was very polite and professional. He went out of his way to make sure the carpets were clean.

It was okay. I was not happy with him to begin with. I wasn't here so I had to call him back to do something again.

Lorenzo arrived when he said he would and he was very courteous and professional. I was hesitant to hire someone to clean my carpets because of all the carpet cleaning scams talked about on the news, but Molina's wasn't a scam at all. I would HIGHLY recommend.

Lorenza is a very friendly and charming man. I liked him! Upon arrival, I told him my main concern was the tile grout. I'd starting cleaning areas in my kitchen and they came out very nice, but it was a lot of work so I hired him. He cleaned the tile throughout very well. The grout, not so much. When I arrived home, I went in and wiped the grout myself and the dirt I got back on my rag was black. I went ahead and cleaned part of it myself with good results. Why couldn't he, as a professional, done the same thing? Apparently, he just used the big cleaning machine he had to clean the tile and never did the grout as needed. I called him to talk about it and stated I wanted to give him the opportunity to make it right prior to my placing a review on Angie's List. I never received a return call. Very disappointing. AND a waste of $$.

Mr. Molina showed up promptly and got to work. He removed all stains, and the carpet looked great when he finished. I was very pleased with his work, and his enjoyable personality was a plus.

Lorenzo promised he would clean my carpet it will dry fast and I will be satisfied. He was right on each point.

It went perfectly. On time. Ready to go. Fair estimate for excessive urine damage. Quick. Kind. Ever so friendly in the most professional of ways. Really, really thrilled, and will use him every three months. Well worth the price!

They arrived on time, did the work as we discussed and were finished promptly. I was preparing my house for sale and they made the floors look shiny and new and got my grout back to its original light color. Easy to deal with, arrive on time, do good work and charge a fair price you cannot ask for any better. I will definitely use them again for my carpet/tile cleaning needs.

Lorenzo cleaned our tile and grout. Recommended a second cleaning. (We've never had it professionally cleaned before). He is wonderful. Want him back for the second cleaning and sealing. He was thorough and very nice.

Unfortunately, his machine broke and he wasn't able to come on the appointed day. But it didn't take long and he contact me and showed up promptly at the agreed upon time. He was pleasant and did an excellent job.

{'m out 99 dollars because they don't return calls and it went passed the 30 days for a refund. I'm not even impressed by Angies list anymore

He showed up on time and had a great disposition to accommodate our needs. Because I didn't need the sealing done this time, he added more square footage to the service I bought. Ill get the sealing done next time he comes.He was thorough and very professional. Great job done!

Lorenzo Molina showed up on time and was very professional. He gave us advice on future care for our tile and grout. We would recommend Lorenzo to future customers.

I had to get on floor and clean many areas of grout myself. Machine did not handle it. Provider encouraged me to clean my own spots. Floor was not sealed. Showed up with broken machine. Then came back with borrowed machine. Applied too much sealer. Turned grout bright white. Stopped the process about 1/4 way through and asked him to decease. Lack of experience with grout sealing. Big headache for me to get the sealer off the grout and tile.

Lorenzo was great. He and his helper did a great job cleaning our carpet (including stairs) through out the whole house. We will definitely use him again.

Mr. Molina did an excellent job. We are going to schedule him again in January 2016 for another cleaning.

Lorenzo did a fabulous job on my old, nylon, dirty carpets! In one room we had pet stains that we have attempted to clean ourselves with our own carpet cleaner but the stains have never fully gone. Lorenzo used a special acid that he sprayed on the spots after cleaning - 8 hours later and magic, yellow stains gone! My carpets look fabulous - especially the stairs! A 5 star job at a 5 star price!! thank you Lorenzo, I'll definitely be in touch again when we need carpet and/or grout cleaned!

He was very punctual! He rearranged his schedule to accommodate me. They were wonderful! He really protected my home. He put bumper guards to protect corners of my home. They really take pride in their work.

Be prepared to move things yourself. He only cleans around things unless you move them. The area he did clean seemed to be very good.

He was on time and got right to work. He cleaned and shampooed the carpets. He took care to treat all the spots and did a fantastic job. He even left us some booties to cover our shoes to use if we needed to go into the cleaned areas while the carpet was still damp. Just a very pleasant profession service. I highly recommend them for all your carpet cleaning needs.

I'd recommend this provider to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned. He is a gem. He cleaned my living room carpet like I never thought it could be cleaned. He was punctual and easy to work with. I wish him all the business success in the world.
