Lorenzo and Adam arrived on time. Both were perfect gentlemen and performed the job professionally, were friendly and courteous. With vacuum lines going throughout our condo, they had equipment to protect corners to prevent scraping or any damage. They put Styrofoam pads under furniture when they were done, so underneath carpet would be able to dry. I intend to use them again when carpet shampooing is necessary.

Everything went fine. Set up appointment and provider arrived on scheduled time. The workers started immediately on the carpet and worked hard cleaning and vacuuming. The results were amazing, my carpet was not cleaned for over six months and with a cat and a dog they did an outstanding job. The work they did on my tile floor was excellent. It was polished and they scrape off the grout from the tile. They spent hours cleaning, vacuuming, scrubbing, polishing, and scrapping the grout out. I would highly recommend their services to my friends and relatives.

He did the whole house. It was him and his nephew, I was watching them and they were so good. He made it look so easy. He knew that I had pets and he sprayed stuff on the carpet to protect it more. He also explained to me things you buy over the counter for pet stains and what kind of damage they can do rather than help you. He was very informative. I've been very happy.

His personality was awesome, he did everything he could to make sure that we were satisfied with the job. He dressed very professionally dressed, he was very good.

They came out right away and he did a follow-up. He wanted to know how it was. They came out within a day or two. He left a mess, there was a lot of wet. The carpet looked clean. They could have cleaned up better. He was very good. They had good customer service, and were polite. We were busy and they were very responsive. I found them on Angie's List.

Mr. Molina was communicative and kept me informed of every process. He paid attention to details and cleaned after himself!

Lorenzo Molina has cleaned my carpets twice now, and has done an excellent job both times. He is very thorough and works hard to clean the carpets well. The deals he offers on Angie's List are good too. I plan to call him for all my future cleaning needs.

He cleaned the grout and told me that it was previously sealed so he could not get the stains out. The grout was never sealed. Then he didn't want to seal it stating that the stains would not come out. So what was the point of paying for this service

Mr. Molina arrived exactly on time. We discussed the job and asked his opinion on a large overlay rug which was in dire need of scrubbing. Since the rug was elderly we wondered if it would survive a serious scrubbing. Mr. Molina's inspected the carpet and his advice was to give it a try. The cleaning turned out better than expected and we were delighted with the results. The only caveat is moving of the furniture. The contract clearly states the homeowner is responsible for moving the furniture. If you're capable of moving furniture than it would be hard to beat this service provider.

Mr. Lorenzo was on time, very professional and courteous. He did an excellent job and some high traffic areas were handles with ease. Carpet is like new again. Highly recommended.

The job was completed in about an hour, as the residence was totally empty (i.e., there was no furniture). Very efficient and thorough.

Lorenzo is the owner of Molina's Carpet cleaning, and he took pride in what he did. His work was flawless. I had a big room with major oil stains in the carpet, and he worked on it, until it was completely gone. I would definitely call him for future work and recommend him to others.
