Molina's Carpet Cleaning

Lorenzo called and stated he was on his way. He put towels down on all non-carpeted areas to keep dry. The cleaning went beautifully. The 10 year old carpet looks brand new. He was not satisfied until I was satisfied. Price was right. Would hire again

Lorenzo was fast efficient and very knowledgeable. So much so that he is paying us another visit in a few weeks to do the rest of home tile floors.

Lorenzo arrived as agreed upon and went right to work, first pretreating the heavily soiled areas and then cleaning the entire carpet. Came out looking great. Would definitely hire him again. No extras, no hidden costs, no changing the estimate once at the job. First rate job.

Excellent. He was on time and worked efficiently for over 1 1/2 hours. The tile is refreshed, spotless and sealed beautifully.

Mr. Molina arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. Our home's flooring is about 40% tile so after inspection of the areas to be cleaned we reached agreement on the total cost. Mr. Molina did a most professional job and our tile flooring looked great. We plan to have Mr. Molina return to clean the remaining 60% carpeting.

I call him every time I need my carpets cleaned. I have for the last three years. He is always pleasent and remembers the way I like my floors done. You won’t be disappointed with his service.

Came in , Cleaned all tile and recommended to have it cleaned again before we sealed it. The cleaning job looked very good after it dried and I agreed to have him do it again and than seal it. He was very polite and knowable about the job. Will finish the sealing part next month and than I will finish my comments.

Our tile and grout was in very bad condition. Extremely soiled. Did an amazing job and was very professional. The floor now looks like new. We will use his services again.

I bought a special deal through Angies List....checked the reviews and they were excellent. Lorenzo, the owner, was friendly, accommodating and reliable. His work was efficient and professional. Carpets look great!

I have used Molina's Carpet Cleaning several times before through Angie's List, and as always the job was well done, Mr. Molina himself does the work, and he cleans my off- white rugs better than anyone before him. I intend to continue using his service as long as possible.

Everything turned out great, Molina paid attention the details, the job took a few hours and the carpet looks new again.

The crew worked hard. My grout was very dirty to the point it almost looked black. They did the kitchen first to show me the before and after. It was truly amazing. They would have received all A's if they were a more consistent in cleaning ALL the grout lines as thoroughly as the kitchen. I was a little annoyed after finding several sections of grout , each 1-2 inches long, that were still much dirtier than the cleaned sections.

They were here June of 2016. It cost $99.

Our carpets look and feel wonderful now, so we can defer the expense of having the carpet replaced for awhile. Mr. Molina pointed out 2 stains which did not come out with normal cleaning and gave us an option for additional stain treatments, which we declined. He arrived on time, confirmed the time and address via text upon scheduling, and the crew cleaned up after themselves, which is something I find to be rare among providers these days so I was ecstatic that I didn't have to do anything other than move some ottomans back after the rugs dried. And our rugs look brand new! Now I guess it's time to find a dog trainer to stop the indoor peeing. :)

They did an excellent job. They arrived early, explained what they were going to do, and quickly but thoroughly cleaned the carpet. I am very happy with the service, the carpet looks great, and my whole house smells good. I highly recommend this service.
