They did a very thorough job. Did not leave until I was satisfied.

It is so beautiful!!! There was a stain in my daughter's room from hot chocolate spilled 6 months ago and it is gone. Not only did he clean up that stain, he also cleaned her whole room. OMG the carpets look like they are brand new!1 I had previously used Mr. Molina's service a couple of years ago ,and then lost his contact information. He takes great pride in his work and I promise that you will not ever find anyone better!!! I am in awe of how beautiful the carpets look and they are so soft to walk on barefoot too - an added bonus>

Once again, Molina did a terrific job on my off white carpet. Arrived right on time, and was finished in about 2 hours. The carpet was not overly wet and is drying quickly. I would definitely recommend him and will call him next time I need cleaning. Thanks, Molina!

Everything went perfect. Molina showed up right on time and was extremely pleasant. Before he started, he covered his shoes and inspected everything and then gave a quote, which I found to be quite reasonable. The entire job took about 90 minutes. A very professional job. I'll certainly call him again.

Mr Molina did a wonderful job. All the spots were totally removed and the carpet looked brand new. We have used other carpet cleaners in the past but he was the best we ever had. I highly recommend Molina's carpet cleaning.

Customer service was awesome. I had to reschedule a few times because I'm moving from out of state and my family was going to meet him and let him in the house. Owner Lorenzo returned my call within a couple hours, arranged to come by to give an estimate, and was able to schedule the cleaning the next afternoon. He is very personable and professional. Did a great job. Will definitely hire him again for my rugs, and planning on hiring him to come back to clean the tile in the bathrooms.

I called Lorenzo on Friday around Noon and told him I wanted to schedule to have him come out. We discussed Monday or Tuesday the following week, but then as we talked I threw out that I would love to have it done that afternoon on account of my family being out of town and doing so would enable the carpet to dry without a bunch of dirty shoes tracking on the wet carpet. He said he actually had an opening and could meet me at my house at 3:30. He arrived early and got to work. Carpet looks great despite having gone 18 months between cleanings.

They were prompt, hardworking and quick. No complaints. They came, did their job and left. Since they didn’t do the ceiling, they told me if I wanted to call them back any time during the year, they would come and seal it. It wasn’t like they refused to do the ceiling, they just didn’t want to do it that day. I don’t know if they didn’t have the stuff that they needed or what. Since I wasn’t as interested in the ceiling as I was in the cleaning, I didn’t call them back. I think the price was a little high, but not bad. Certainty more than I wanted to put into it. The work was good and they didn’t get my rugs dirty or wet or anything. They came right out. I am sure they were on time, I don’t remember it being a problem. They certainly weren’t unprofessional, so that was okay. I remember when they came out, I remember the nice little man did most of the work and the other guy that was with him did less of the work, but they got it done. That’s all I remember.

Everything went as expected, Molina showed up on time had the equipment ready and finished the job at the estimated time.

Lorenzo cleaned all of our carpeted floors and did a thorough and careful job.

Lorenzo does a great job and is very detailed oriented. I own six rental properties and only use Lorenzo, he's always fair in his pricing and professionalism.

Not so good. Many spots left uncleaned. Even after the second call to correct missed parts, few left spots uncleaned.

Lorenzo is very professional. Carpet looks great. Also there was no attempt to upsell extra services.

Mr. Molina did a wonderful job. These floors had not been done in way too long and were stained and really dirty. He got the stains out and made it all look like new. We needed our nursery floor cleaned for our new baby and he considerately did not use fragrance in that particular room, but steam cleaned it, and we hadn't even thought of that! We really appreciate his work and it all turned out beautifully.

Mr. Molina did a great job cleaning the carpets on the stairs, the landing, and the rooms and all at a very reasonable price. He was also very friendly and professional.

I have older white plush carpet. The stairs had gotten quite dirty. Molina did a better job on cleaning the carpet than anyone I have ever had before. Will definitely recommend him and use him again.
