MOBILE INFORMATION SYSTEMS TECHNICIANS

I called 3-4 days before Christmas, talked to Eric, and made an appointment for a tech to come to my home 2 days after Christmas. The tech was to arrive between 9-11 AM. He didn't show up and didn't call. I called the office and talked to Randy. He kept treating my call as a new appointment, asking for all the same contact information and trouble descriptions I had given Eric. I tried to explain I already had an appointment, and asked him whether or not I was on his, Matt's, or Eric's schedule. He kept dodging my question and asking for trouble descriptions. I finally insisted that he tell me whether or not I was on the schedule and he admitted I was not. I asked when I could expect someone to arrive and he ignored my question and asked for trouble descriptions. I pointed out that, again, he had not answered my question and asked when I could expect someone to arrive. He said 'don't expect anyone to arrive.'
