+ 0 moreIt seems these people represent Sears. Had a 3pm appointment to install a dishwasher. They called me at 2pm at told me they would be at my house at 2:30pm. I told them that I was at an appointment and couldn't make it till 2:40pm. The delivery person said that I would have to reschedule. I responded that I needed the install, that his actions were terribly unprofessional, and that my appointment wasn't till 3pm. He told me that they couldn't just sit around and wait. I then told him that I didn't think I wanted him in my home. He responded by telling me that they were the exclusive installers for Sears, so it was too bad for me; I could do Tuesday or I was out of luck. I responded by telling him to go F himself. I called their office to complain and was told they had a flat tire. Right.... I called Sears and it turns out THEY ARE NOT the exclusive installers. Sears is setting up a different company for the install. If these guys call you to install, or if for some crazy reason you're thinking of calling them for anything, I'd think twice. They don't keep appointments, they're aggressive and confrontational, and at the end of the day they are just flat dishonest! Who needs that?

Description of Work: Two service men installed a range purchased from Sears Outlet store. Mobile Construction is the installer for Sears in this area. The men were on time and courteous. The range installed was missing one leg and another leg was missing a part: the service men were able to creatively, and safely, install the range without the missing parts and advised about the process to obtain the missing parts. The installation was for a dual fuel range and the range had to be connected to the existing natural gas outlet. They provided, and installed, for an extra charge of which I was completely informed prior to the installation, the gas tube from the gas outlet to the range. We asked, and they politely complied, to our request of putting the old range into the back of our SUV. They checked the burners and oven to ensure that all were in working orders--particularly important as this is a reconditioned range that has traveled many miles before reaching its new home. The entire installation process took around 30 minutes. We were satisfied with the service. Communication with the office staff, prior to installation, was excellent. I was told the cost of the installation and there were no surprises at the time of installation. And, there was no pressure to purchase other services or parts. Office staff provided excellent communication as to the date and time of installation.

Description of Work: We purchased a microwave/stove hood combo from RC Willey and asked for installation. MobConst came highly rated by the sales person. They called the next to set an appointment. Because of our work schedules we had few available time windows. We found one. Josh was on time (in fact, a little early). He was very professional and went right to work. The installation was done in 30 minutes and he cleaned up his mess. Their contact info is going straight into my phone in case we need appliance installs in the future.
